She's the most interesting and entertaining housemate. Much better than the dull 'normal' plebs like Danny, Chloe and Jack.

I wasn't a big fan of Jade until about 3-4 days ago,
While I don't want her to win she's in my top 5 housemates now and I really hope she stays.

She's like a pantomime villain and she deserves to stay atleast until the twins are gone.

I love Jade I think she is straight forward and just does things her own way and screw everyone else. We need to have people like her in the house.
Personally I was laughing so hard at her the most in the house. When she was doing her nom talk with Nick her face was hilarious and the way carries herself and the fact that she has such a high level of self confidence makes me love her because she is totally unapologetic about who she is and anything she does.

I don't like her but would rather have her than that cretin Harriot anyday, also if I hear one more person talk about how poor little baby Nick needs to get away from her I think I'm going to scream, the people saying that sound like a load of Norman Bates wannabes. Yous give me the creeps but of course whatever floats your boat.

See, I like this point of view, calling her a "pantomime villain". It's honest about why this person wants her around, without trying to prop Jade up otherwise. The person wants Jade BECAUSE she's nuts, no excuses. She's no queen, no "good person', maybe not even especially "beautiful" or "spiritual"--she's just a TOOL the viewer wants representing them to cause trouble.

Jade is my favourite housemate in their at the moment by far! She's a very refreshing housemate in this era when housemates are desperately afraid of being chanted and booed and hide their nastiness with a cloak of 'morality'. Jade is fundamentally like the majority of people, a good person with a few bad traits but she isn't afraid to show them unlike all the others.

Yes, because seeing HM's sit on their own moaning about other Hm's with a gloomy face always entertained me.

Some people love a good BB victim campaign don't they it makes some feel like they're better people by fervently supporting them Or they simply like to support a genuine underdog for obvious reasons (justice may be). Often the hm is the perceived 'bullied' hm (the target of the pack) but I feel it's increasingly looked for each series. At times they genuinely can be, but sometimes the hm can bring it on themselves imo as in jades case. Both jade and the twins are showing their true nature's right now and neither is pleasant.

For me I think some girls that feel they've been in jades place will sympathise with her too......ie she can't possibly be disliked for her personality....oh no..... so it must be jealousy regarding her looks of course. All us female fms that dislike her are usually accused of being predictably ugly, reclusive and jealous, if we don't see her superior beauty. Their can't possibly be any other negative things that we're all seeing coming from her.

And then of course people just like her, find her misjudged/misunderstood, see a different character deeper down, or think she's an integral/entertaining hm this series. There are many reasons really, even if some are personal or even hard to grasp at times. But we all have the right to our own opinions/fav hm. For me personally I think she's manipulative and vain, but at the same time she shakes the house up so right now I'm undecided whether she should go.

Then as others have said... some fans like a 'entertaining' hm that creates all the drama, likable or not. If Helen has support, anyone can.

Seeing the beauty in yourself is great, thinking everyone loves you and must find you attractive is arrogance. There are degrees.

Since "it" in that case is the behaviour of other HMs, the HM cannot bring it on themself. The HMs who are targeting that HM are responsible for their own behaviour.

in that description you are describing all the Hm's. They are all ego driven and competitive otherwise why enter a game show with a cash prize. The vainest one in there is Eileen , just look what she has done to her face out of vanity and may I add the most ambitious for fame is Eileen, she has been on several RTV shows in the pursuit of it.

Actions speak louder than words to me and the fact Jade goes around make up less most of the time, tells me she is far from vain. if she was as vain as people make out the slap would never be off. the twins and Sara are never without makeup. She is comfortable in her skin and this why she feels beautiful. The hugs with Nick are obviously for emotional reasons, reassurance and comfort. Nick is an adult and responsible for his own words and actions.
The twins and Harriet and co laughing over her noms tonight was mean and spiteful, Eileen is very spiteful towards her and to see Nick joining in shows how two-faced he is. Again actions.

Oh, I agree they are all game-players - some play the game fairer, nicer or truer, to who they really are, compared to others. It's your opinion that Eileen is vainer, based on surgery, fair enough! There is enough evidence, however, that Eileen has a long, successful career prior and beyond any reality Tv stuff. More than any of them, you could say she is less of a 'wannabee' and she may be wanting to advertise her work but not trying to be the next Z list celeb in NUTS magazine or on BBOTS.

Her career, though long, has not been all that successful, and though I agree she's not a wannabe as such, I think quasimoron may be right that she most "ambitious for fame".

No one's trying to be the next Z list celeb in Nuts these days.
