This is true, but even assuming they require a minimum 3 nominees after an immunity pass has been used, they could cut it off at 4 and leave out Cristian and Nick. It's strange, because nobody expects Cristian or Nick to attract many votes, do they? It's hardly a Jackie Travers situation where they just change the rules on the spot to get someone unpopular out. And it probably makes matters worse for Jade, who you'd think they'd want to save (unless they expect Nick to take a substantial portion of her votes, which seems unlikely).
