Keep refusing to watch it because the housemates are doing my head in but end up watching it because there are a few I like

Kinda disagree - loving the old time vibe.
Was annoyed at them showing the eviction nominations tonight but despite that this has been the best BB for some considerable time.
Still all the indicators show that the productions people will manage to cock it up through over interference. But there is hope yet
I don't think this show is a bad one, and none of the HMs have really acted badly in it, if you think about it.....
After all the Arguing, Nastiness, Screaming and Shouting last year.I vowed I'd never watch BB again...but I decided to give it a go and I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised....so far at least....

I agree, especially with the interference bit. It seems they wait until they find out who is nominated then decide which particular twist they will use to save a HM they want in for entertainment. Bet it will be to Jade's advantage, if so, I would not be surprised if Jade would make it to the final, if not win. Like Helen last year
I think Jade is good entertainment though.

Right now the show needs them to watch it.
The last thing the show wants right now is for people to switch over and change channel.
This sort of alienation has led to very low ratings.
Now that semi-comatose Danny and his bit of fluff have decided to fake a romance it is indeed time to switch this series off.
I think the cast is quite good this year, but I'm not watching because:
1) endless ****ing meddling and twists
2) vote to evict
3) no live feed

I've watched BB since the beginning, but I can't stand this series. I'm someone who follows things through to the end, but not a series like this. Terrible cast, dull moments, horrible twists, boring highlights, crap live shows. Haven't watched since last weeks eviction, don't plan on coming back.

because last year was so awful people haven't bothered switching in in the first place for this series.

What happened to the daily tasks? Has this show just turned into watching a group of dullards lounge around a house whilst trying to find reasons to hate other people in the group and the reasons why they think they should hate them? THAT'S NOT ****ING ENTERTAINMENT! It's a ****ing soap opera, but without the previously famous actors just trying to earn a crust.

If you cant remember the last group task, you obviously werent watching it, cauaw the task last week was the best ever, and it nearly took up a HOLE epsiode

Bye, close the door on your way out. Seriously, the show has only been on two weeks, you obviously don't 'follow things through to the end'. Channel 5 has made changes, these lot are a more normal bunch of housemates, it's been a reasonably quiet start and people moan they are bored, BB try to create a bit of drama with the tasks and twists and people moan. Seems like they are damned if they do and damned if they don't!
As for the ratings...yes they are slightly lower than last year but the show is still generally the highest rated show on channel 5. Other channels are seeing their shows losing viewers too, it's not just BB. Corrie now averages around 7m whereas only a couple of years ago it was getting 9-10m and in its heyday had 20+m. BB is hovering around the 1m mark now, with the officials probably improving that to an average of 1.3m. Perfectly acceptable for channel 5.

A bit naff, it has potential but not much. I think Helen ruined it for us last year as she gave us so much to argue about.
