I know it's probably far too early to say for sure, but if he keeps going the way he is, I genuinely can't see anyone nominating him through to the end - Eileen apart, obviously. I have issues with him - I'm not keen on how he seems to have certain housemates in his back pocket - Sarah, Danny, Christian - and yet, as far as 'alpha males' go, he seems to be the nicest we've had in there in quite some time. Could win it...

I think his mannerisms are too polarising out here, though his lack of noms suggest not so much in the house. Though that could change down the line.

I like him but I can sense people see him as a threat to the likes of Cristian who seems to have the women (and some blokes) in a swoon on this forum and probs the wider public...excuses will be made ad nausium for any 'wrong doing',while Kieran was only yesterday being berated on here for 'giving advice' and encouraging showmances apparently...minor things blown up to be some sort of gamelan?? ...Cristian has shown arrogance in his personality 'i should be on celeb bb' yet that's swept away and he's being lorded as some sort of different gravy...

People seem so hung up on that one comment that wasn't even said during his time in the house. It was something he said during the audition process I believe - most likely to give himself a better chance of getting picked - and he was clearly embarrassed by it himself when it was mentioned during that task. He's not shown any arrogance from what I've seen. In fact, he's tried to be the peace maker in certain situations (during the debating task, between Eileen and Kieran) and dealt quite well with all the face-to-face nominations last week, and was pretty humble when Jack saved him.

As for Kieran, I can see him being someone who gets to the final, but is probably one of the first out.

He was that embarrassed he reiterated the reasons why he still thinks that...during the show,so that disqualifys any 'it was before the show' excuses.
Kierons as far as I've seen has been much more the peacemaker, and also didn't want to be chosen for luxury..which I understand can be turned into a 'sneaky gameplan' if people want to see it that way....much like the tears in the DR from Cris.

That could be worth a little flutter, it's a shame we can't ask Jack what he thinks.

He's involved but kept himself ouf of the mud slinging, clever boy.

I can see him getting very far in the show, he seems to get on well with everyone.

He won't win though.

I see Kieran as being one of those housemates that glides on through to the final but won't pick up as much of a dedicated fanbase (as in people may like him but be bigger fans of others so he will lose out on a popular vote) therefore he would be one of the first to go.

I tend to agree, the reasons for him not winning tho would be interesting if I could be bothered to have that debate.

I think SneakyBoo has called it correctly. Nice enough guy (even if his voice is horrendous) but I just don't think he'll have a big enough fan base who will bother to pick up the phone as opposed to Cristian. It's early days though and things can change.

He needs to step off all of that matchmaking between Sarah and Danny too that's going to get old very fast.

I think he might be a bit of a stirrer. I like him for that though. He isn't as much of a peacemaker as he playing ATM I don't think.

Perceived good looks +arrogance vs Nice Guy with terrible voice...
Yeah he'll lose everytime

Early days like you say

Is it the edit or has the squeaky voice been toned down a bit? I don't find him anywhere near as annoying as when he first went in.

Just a hunch Cornchips? I've seen a little jokey stirring so you might be right, but I tend to like that too as long as it doesn't get too malicious

Everyone may not see him as a nice guy though - therein lies the problem.

I've noticed this too. He doesn't still have the occasional squeak but it's calmed down a lot. Probably just nervous excitement when he first went in.

I don't think It would even matter if they did, already normally considered nice things like being there for people are being turned into something sinister.

Because Big Brother used it as a question during a task, and the housemates had to explain. Unless I've missed something, he's only spoken about it that one time, when required to. It's not an excuse, it was said before the show!

I've not said anything about Kieron being a game player. So far, I don't think he is. I don't think Cris is either.

Yes it was said before the show...but,he had a chance to qualify his remark,on the show..he could have taken the 'i just said it to get on the show' route, like the excuse you provided..but he didn't he went on to say why he believes it to be true..and some of his fans went as far as to say he was correct, another excuse imo...no he came off as arrogant to me,although I haven't seen any more of it to his credit.

His high pitched sqeaky voice grates on me and I fast forward his bits, also think hes a seasoned gameplayer.
In other words cannot stand him.

bib - Last week I mentioned that I found it odd how he seemed more interested, keen even, to promote the 'romance' between Sarah and Danny, more enthused about it than they seemingly were.

I deny, however, blowing it up beyond all proportion, I just found it odd; perhaps there have been others who have made a big deal of it. It's something I said in a discussion, discussions on a forum where we blow every miniscule event up regularly to become something much much more than it would ever be if it were to occur - or be said - within our daily lives. It's what forums about TV shows generally do, isn't that the fun of it sometimes? After all, we are here ridiculously analysing a bloody reality TV show for heavens sakes, hardly constructive use of our time Fun though

I did put him down as one to evict if I were nominating, but that's from out here looking in, in the house I imagine he'd be one of the least annoying to live with for sure.

I think he's an interesting character. He's certainly more mature than some of the housemates, I've finally stopped noticing his voice so I don't think it's aggravating me anymore. What he has to say is more interesting than his voice being annoying, if he could just stop with the bloody relationship advice and be seen talking about something else once in a while I think he has potential though.

Kieran could be a bit of a dark horse as the show continues, so being a potential winner doesn't sound daft to me.

I like Kieran. Sure he's not the perfect hm, but he's better than more than half of them in there. In fact there's very few that I like. I think some of those being favouritised here are a lot slyer and pulling the wool over the public's eyes. Nick for one, although I would give him some credit for doing so.

I think Kieran has his faults and the main one i have with him is his somewhat obsessive matchmaking between Danny and Sarah. I wish he'd let that go. That said I find him more interesting than those two dullards. If they went today, I wouldn't even notice.

Ive seen him being supportive to quite a few hms. So he's shown traits of being a good housemate and I would like to see him do well.

Well, I think people would have said that about Rachel Rice in the early weeks of BB9, and she ended up winning it. I wanted her to win from the start, but at this stage I thought it was more likely to be her good friend Kathreya. But was delighted that it did end up being Rachel.
