Ok, so I'm just gonna post this in case anyone knows of this issue and can help me out.
When I answer my phone, I can hear the person on the other end but they can't hear me. It doesn't happen all the time, but most of the time, which is why I'm getting annoyed with it. The only way I can get round it is to answer or phone out on loud speaker. Then the other person can hear me. Is there any easy fix for this that someone might know of or am I going to have to send it off to HTC.

It's quite a common fault with this model, I had it on mine. It's usually to do with the secondary,noise-cancelling mic. on the rear of the phone. Only HTC can fix it.
