Kal? I've heard loads of people on here saying that he will. Poor Alya and Zeedan. First they lost their mother and now their father will probably die too. I reckon this will probably see Zeedan completely off the rails (well, more than he already is!) Really feel for Leanne too as this will probably kick start the Simon abuse storyline

Yes I think he will die, as he's leaving and his parents and kids are staying. Plus him proposing to Leanne is a bit of a sign he's about to peg it. As quite often when someone dies in soap they like to have the character really happy and everyone around them happy so when the character dies it's even more sad. Leanne's gonna be even more devastated as she will lose her fiancé.

It's being set up to look that way. Kal proposes to Leanne this week so the writers are setting them up to be happy before Kal dies, cue Leanne wailing "He just proposed to meee".

I'm still unsure about whether Maddie dies in the fire. Why would she be at Victoria Court? Unless I've missed something.

Maddie is not in the fire. She heads home just as Jenny is planning on leaving with Jack., and quote from Thursday's episode details:

Another few weeks and Leanne would have had the gym.

Hopefully the Nazirs will find it too painful to stay around the location Kal died and move away instantly.

And hopefully the shock of losing his neighbours so suddenly will kill Michael.

After tonight I'm sad that Kal will die (that preview made it VERY obvious). Just as him and Leanne were going to get a happy ending His death will no doubt send Simon on a downward spiral too. I think the actor is good, it's just they've given the character no decent storylines at all so I'm puzzled as to why they (presumably) axed him

I think simon And Leanne will be saved by Kal but Kal will die by the look of it. Also Leanne and simon spoilers for the summer.

Why not? An accident, or manslaughter. It happens and the sad truth is that most children are at risk from their parents or close family rather than a total stranger.

Surely they can't kill Amy off. The Barlows will have enough tragedy to deal with when Deirdre dies and Amy is one of the best things about Corrie with her comedy scenes.
