Realistically, who do you think could win at this early stage?

Apolz if this has already been discussed but I can't see a topic. At this early stage, who do you think will emerge victorious?

An obvious choice for me, I'm saying Nick. He's the only one that could be seen as going on a "journey", which BB viewers love (apparently). When he entered, he was a self-proclaimed loner, he came in for friends and an experience rather than fame/money. He's been tasked with nominating face to face, which, if he can manage to do without seeming malicious (which he has done so far in my opinion) it will be good for him, and also give him the chance to overcome his shyness/public speaking fear which he has expressed a few times. Add to that his willingness to admit his faults (he apologised for bitching about Cristian and the twins, his regret over nominations) and his dry sense of humour, I think he is doing very well at the minute and would put money on him at this stage. I would be careful of him looking a bit of a pushover and a wet blanket (maybe too many apologies, too many tears?) and also his pairing with Jade might do him harm as she seems to bring out his bitchiness.

Other than that, I can't see many candidates? Keiren seems like everybody's friend at the minute, Danny has a good showmance story and seems pretty likeable-but-dim, Chloe could be one to watch but I think her mouthiness last night did her no favours.

Anybody else have any views? Please note, I'm asking for who you think could win, not your personal favourite.

I agree with you on the Nick point .. hes on a journey and the viewers love a journey ..

I did think Chloe but she doesnt seem to have lived up to VT yet she seems quiet and reserved and once a few of the other Characters - Jade/Eileen/Twins may be voted out i think she might be.

I think Sarah has a good chance of making the final - winning i dont no ? Shes the house mother at the moment cooks/cleans for everyone and they seem to rely on her alot. If Danny is seen to be using her aswel she will get the sympathy vote.

Joel - I dont particular like him but its vote to evict - will he do enough wrong to warrant people to ring and evict him ?

I must have missed this journey that Nick is on. What sort of journey? Comes across as a bit fake to me. Definitely can't see any signs of a journey.

Cristian or Danny are the obvious winners IMO

Nick is spineless and his assocaition with Jade wont help him long term either

Harriet and Jack peaked way too early, The Twins, Eileen or Aaron wont win.

Kieran, Sarah and maybe Joel are a possibility, but I can't see it.

Chloe may as well not even be in there and Jade I can't see turning it around to the point where she escapes eviction.

I think Nick is in danger of being seen as spineless. His willingness to admit his mistakes is endearing at this point (i think, anyway) - if it does get a bit too much and frequent, it could become spineless. He's also very easily influenced - I think part of his journey will be finding the confidence to stick to his convictions. He's doing well so far, most people I know that are watching it are liking him.

I forgot all about Harriet and Jack. Harriet's mouthiness is doing her no favours at all, I'd be surprised if she even got to the final at this point. Jack is being very Wolfy/Jack and Joe in that he came across very larger than life and fun, but in reality is miserable and boring. I'd expect him out before the final too.

Sarah could be a contender - she's a bit Helen Wood (but more likeable) so I could see her getting to the final. Her first week was awful, she's still there so it's only up from there really, isn't it?

Cristian. He's another Sam in a Sam type house.

Danny and Nick.

Sarah (unfortunately), Nick if he keeps away from Jade (would prefer this), or Cristian (dark horse), though I would be happy with that.

At the moment.

I would hope it would be Nick but I also see Cristian, Joel and Sarah as being in with a chance once they can make it to the final.

Cristian seems an obvious winner at this stage - inoffensive, pretty, somewhat endearing.

I think Nick will regain momentum if/when Jade is evicted, and so could go on to win.

Chloe, Danny, Aaron, Joel, Keiran all a bit too forgettable, unless they get involved in good storylines between now and the end (but I can't see this happening)

I thought Sarah had the potential but the fawning over Danny will be her downfall IMO.

Harriet and Jack I hope have peaked too early.

Jade, Twins and Eileen will never win.

Cristian for me. I just hope he doesn't fall for any of Jade's wiles. He did nominate her though so I'm hopeful he can be saved!

Cristian, Chloe, Nick and maybe Sarah.

I think Jack reached his peak and won't be able to attract voters again, while Harriet is slowly throwing it all away.

Plus I just don't think Danny has the personality to do it. Not saying some previous winners have had amazing personalities, but Danny seriously lacks personality, charm or humour to appeal to a large audience.
I think Kieron should be a contender but he just isn't bringing it. I think he really needs Danny to leave to give him a chance to shine and not obsess over the tedious showmance.

Everyone else probably has too many negatives working against them.

He came in as a bit of an underdog. Confidence issues, really bad VT and crowd reception, bit of an outsider. He seems to have overcome the VT issue, and if he can go in there and 1) make genuine friends (one of his objectives) and 2) develop his confidence, I think that will be his journey. Everyone loves an underdog story, and the fact that he isn't typically good looking or any of that will give him more of an advantage over Cristian (who is also a good shout, he's doing well at the minute too, for similar reasons to Nick).

Cristian, Sarah, Joel, possibly Chloe.

Actually i'm changing my choice to Nick and Kieran. I can see either one of those winning. For some reason i don't see Cristian winning seems quite a few do see that. I just find him to bland mind you that didn't stop Rachel Rice or Anthony winning BB haha

Danny hasn't got enough personality thats true.

Whoever survives to the final with Danny, Sarah, Harriet and Jack...I just don't see them getting nominated, so we won't get a chance to get them out before then.

Will anybody still be watching by final night?

Cristian would be my guess.

Nick and Joel appear to be under the same bus as Jack.

I can see Cristian getting more and more popular throughout the weeks if he doesn't mess up. As for Nick, he also has a good chance of being in the final but being favourite this early on could change by then. Jack has secured a place with those stupid immunity passes and even then, he won't really get nominated by the others knowing he has it.. Sarah will make the finals because she already has a strong fan base and opinions aren't likely to change. Also, Chloe and Danny will just sail to the finals due to nobody nominating them which is a shame. So yeah that's pretty much it- unless BB throw in more of their twists on the way.

These "journey" talks actually make me nauseous. The only "journey" Nick is on is a fake see through one. Sadly it's not as clear to everyone. And many are fooled by this "nervy" pathetic persona he's cooked up in a desperate bid to win the show.

Nick - already being given a 'free pass' by many to do anything, whilst the likes of Jade get slaughtered.

Jack - seems to be BB's chosen one & if he makes it to end, could well win by default.

I'm also someone who dislikes talk of' journeys' in BB.

It started with Glynn (BB7) & every young & naive man that has entered since is on a journey!

Exactly. We'll all like different people so it's fine for people to like Nick. But people need to spare us the bullshit about a "journey". The boy may be young but he knows exactly what he's doing. This was a boy a few days ago who said along the lines "I think about everything before I say it" so from that alone we know he's calculating and not being natural. So if anyone likes him because they believe they "know" him, then please think again. Like horrid Harriet he's behaving in any way in which he thinks he'll be favoured by the majority of the viewers. Given the way his odds crashed and he steamed into pole position..he was obviously doing a good job.

I personally wish the majority of viewers were more savvy and difficult to fool. But what can I do *shrugs shoulders*
