Time and again Jade comes out with this when either explaining why she dislikes someone or why she doesn't get on with them.

Of course it's personal. It's the very definition of personal if you clash or otherwise dislike someone because of who they are or one's interactions with them, or a trait they have which annoys you. These are personal to that person.

The only way in which it might be an appropriate thing to say is if she was asserting, for instance, 'It's nothing personal, but I hate all people with blonde hair/too much make up/loud voices/wooden legs/green toenails/[insert your own characteristic].

I believe she thinks it minimises the bile she's spewing, but it doesn't.

She tags it on to make it seem like she is not a negative person or so she doesn't have to take any responsibility for what she says. Quite manipulative.

That is true, but it's one where they have live it for 24/7 and it becomes their daily life. Unless you're able to remove yourself from any emotion and be completely uninvolved with anybody in there, human interaction is necessary and emotions are involved in that. They are still human beings after all, not wedges on a board game.

She does have a lovely body ..........huuuuuuuge feet though and I hate that awful wooly mini dress she's been wearing. She does wear some strange clothes.

To admit she doesn't like someone runs contrary to her "I've a beautiful soul" guff. So it has to be impersonal forces beyond her control...energies, auras, and other rot.

Like she said in the diary room shes used to life in the world of modelling so i would think disingenuous phrases like these are pretty normal for her, as is the whole bitchy thing.
She seems to be responding quite resiliantly to all the hostilities that have been thrown at her.

It more that she doesn't pronounce the letter h in some words like " other" and "thing" her accent is fine

This thread is about Jade's intereption & use of "it's nothing personal" and has decended into a petty personal attack on her accent and appearance, by people who are congratuating themselves on being mature and non ageist on other threads and yet find it ok to pick the girl to pieces on this one.

Some of the comments on Jade seem to ignore similar things when they're said by someone else. For example, her response to the twins' rage at her "nominations" convo - "It's just my opinion!" They completely rejected this, but yesterday they were using the same phrase themselves in a similar context. There's been a lot of "She's a lovely girl...." as a preface to bitching in this series, which is no different from saying "It's nothing personal."

I've asked quite a number of times before and have yet to get an answer.

Firstly, I really don't like Jade - mostly because she's daft, immature and full of BS. I really want her gone on Friday, for her sake, my sake and all our sakes because she's worn completely thin at this stage. But she doesn't spew bile. That's just nonsense.

The worst she's said is that Eileen's aura has a tint of evil, or some such bullshit. Other than that, ALL she's said is that she doesn't get on with, connect with or wtte the twins and Eileen.

I feel like I'm watching a different show, I swear to God.
