Does Jade not comprehend the meaning of the phrase, 'It's nothing personal..'?

This is clearly what she's getting at and I love that attitude. I notice she often says the twins are beautiful girls and that Eileen is a nice woman and I've certainly not heard those 3 be so magnanimous about her.

Having said that it sounds just like a mantra rather than the actual truth. She looked like she took her nominations personally when they were nominating face 2 face and reacting the way she does to the insults she perceives looks like she's taking it personally.

I think she's one of those who has developed a tough exterior as a coping mechanism presumably honed in the very negative world of modelling but doesn't realise we can all see straight through it.

The worst she's said is that Eileen's aura has a tint of evil, or some such bullshit. Other than that, ALL she's said is that she doesn't get on with, connect with or wtte the twins and Eileen.

I feel like I'm watching a different show, I swear to God.”

You're not watching a different show and I say this as someone who doesn't like Jade (for the narcissism mostly) but agrees with you that she doesn't spew bile. She's actually quite calm and measured in her speech. The word "bile" just isn't accurate.

Oh, I like the Hopkins analogy. It's just same. A way to say what you want and then disassociate yourself from any personal responsibility for it.

No, she doesn't spew bile. She's rather tame, actually. Indeed she can't spew bile because it runs against her "I've a beautiful soul" mantra.

Like Scarlet said, it's the Hopkins technique, but without the bile.

"I think Eileen is wonderful and has a beautiful soul but we just don't connect as I have a highly energized aura." It would be so much easier and honest to say, "I don't like Eileen," but she can't.

Disingenuous bullshit, yes. Bile, no.

For me it means, well this is where we are, can't change things now. Why does it have to be seen as a negative and abdication of personal responsibility.

Like I said earlier, it is an expression that for good or bad is used in Ireland .. could be why Jade uses it and perhaps part of her daily vocab.

Not everyone gets along. Eileen and the Twins seem to be affronted that someone doesn't like them because clearly, they are so perfect. Why do people say that Jade is the conceited one? She doesn't expect everyone to like her.

That's a very good point.

I like straight talkers and don't trust anyone who isn't. Once she starts with the self-absolving/impersonal forces stuff and Nick's there talking from behind his hand, my bullshit detector goes nuts.

There's nothing wrong with Jade not liking Eileen, so why not just say it, especially when it's obvious?

Sadly I've haven't been to Ireland, yet, so don't know common expression used there.

She's said they don't get on. She's said that in front of Eileen. She has a bullshit way of saying it, absolutely; but she's been airy-fairy honest about her feelings towards all three. She's certainly said nothing worse behind their backs than she's said to their faces and the only times we've seen efforts being made at reconciliation it was Jade making the running. She asked Eileen twice to talk to her and was swatted away early doors; then she approached the twins in the bedroom for that odd conversation. I thought she was brutally honest there. She doesn't think they'll ever get on and she told them that.

Angie she has said they don't get on. Her delivery might be crappy but lets be fair she hasn't tried to hide it. In fact she tried to speak with Eileen before being swatted away like a fly. IMO Eileen behave petulantly and is continuing to do so.
