I'll say one that nobody has mentioned......
I was massively shocked when Out of the Blue didn't get to the finals in 2011
They were easily the best in their semi final!! yet somehow didn't even manage to make the top 3 (which if I remember correctly was Jai, Steven Hall and the dude who sang humpty dumpty in his audition)
