i found Nick and joel conversation last night refreshing. they both seemed rational, sincer and self reflective. joel actually nominated nick and yet they set their and had a friendly non bitching conversation. i wasn't sure about ether of them at first but i'm coming to the conclusion that they are both nice guys i'd be happy to be friends with.

i hope in future weeks they don't disappoint me

A genuine friendship I think, I wish they'd show more of them in the HL's.

I wish Nick would stay away from Jade so we had the opportunity to see more of them in the highlights.

I don't think he spends that much time with her now from what i have seen since Saturday.

I too like Joel and Nick and think they make a good parting In terms of friendship and alliance.

Yeah he has been mixing more with the other housemates lately which is good for him. I can see Joel and Nick becoming quite a powerful force in the house, they seem to have the ear of a lot of housemates. Between the two they can work the whole house.... Anyone that is not as into Joel seems to be in with nick and vice versa.

My favourite friendship. They don't live in each others pockets but when they're together they are both relaxed and comfortable with each other. Joel values Nick's opinion as he sometimes doubts himself. Another reason I want Jade out....I want them to spend more time together as I like their chats.

I think they provide eachother with a good stable friendship.

Joel nominating Nick may have thrown a slight spanner in the works, but I suppose part of their trust in eachother lies in their consistency and Joel felt he had to nominate Nick aswell as Jade in order to remain consistent.

It kind of makes Joel look less trustworthy in some ways but more trustworthy in other ways.

I think Jade and Nick have set good enough boundries for themselves now and Nick is intermingling with the others a lot more... even Jade is mixing more, she is forming a little gang with Harriet, Sarah and Aaron. so basically I don't want Jade to go because she is the one that is keeping them all on their tippy toes in there, I think she is a brilliant housemate.
we can see that Nick and Joel are interacting a lot these days so I think they have a good mix at the moment.

Yeah, I like them both a lot, the only two HMs I really like at the moment and they work well together.
