Definitely the twins, by miles. I haven't voted for years, but I may be tempted to sling a few votes their way. 
Harriet...she (and the rest of the house) are convinced she's popular. It would create the biggest shock to the house as when Bex went. Jack and Danny will realise that early popularity mean nothing. The twins will keep, they're not going to win.
