Well if you think fixing the show and ruining the credibility of the show is entertaining then good for you, you are exactly the kind of fan channel 5 has been searching for.

Depends what you call entertainment. I like it when the housemates decide who is up.

Credibility ? BB ? LOL.

Have you been timebombed into the future from 2001 ?

The fence sitters, clever bitches that target others and useless ones are now up, so its all good. Sadly the most useless one Jack is safe now.

LOL! Damn the production team and their meddling! How dare they save the most entertaining HMs without telling us first!

Why do they need saving if they are so entertaining? Let me guess, they'd get voted out otherwise. So not everyone thinks they are all that entertaining then eh?

Manipulating the show in favour of any housemate isnt a good idea.
Prolonging the Jade Show just means other stories that would have evolved between other HMs dont.

They should do this more often - have a whole series randomly alternating between saving the nominees and putting them up. That would really screw with their heads.

I wonder what you will think when they come up with a fix that goes against your favourite HM, i bet you won't be thinking the same way then.

It's quite simple really. The HMs always nominate the people who are the most interesting (love them or hate them) and the quiet, boring ones slip under the radar. The public only get the chance to vote for the HMs with the most nominations, usually, so they have to pick one of the entertaining ones. This way the least entertaining ones are all up for eviction. Don't you think that's a good thing?

To be fair it lost its credibility circa 2007. Pure BB has long gone and although I'm a fan from the very beginning I've had to move with the times. When I have been unable to move with the times such as putting up with the likes of Helen and Perez I've switched off and found something else to do.

It's just a tacky downmarket gameshow, not real life.

Yes it's a bit annoying that BB have done this to save Eileen but fck em - the basic tenet of BB still remains the same, regardless of this manipulation. HMs still have to balance popularity with both their fellow HMs and with the public, no matter what the twist/interference. Eileen can only win if the public want her to, BB don't decide that.

I don't get that invested. If I had to pick a favourite at the moment it would probably be Nick, but if he was kicked out tomorrow I wouldn't give a fig.

Upto a point. However the boring ones will still be there after Friday. I don't like either Harriet or the twins but at least the add more than Danny or Chloe.

This is the only twist I have ever liked. I'm also pleased to see we will be getting more entertainment.

If you put every HM up i guarantee that one of the ones you consider to be entertaining would still go.

Nick, Joel and Christian are all simpering mute dullards and they were all up for eviction this week.

When the cast has only a couple of entertaining housemates who the production team are forced to save, the series is shit no matter how much they rig things to save them (cf the Speidi season).

Same here - I'm baffled how anyone can still get steamed up over this trivial nonsense. It's quite funny though.

He was safe in any case - for the first three evictions.
