I think it was the twins and Harriet .

Harriet I think spoke on purpose to get everyone to say Joel.

I wish big brother would have said because of Harriet and the twins and then people get the 'ump ' with Harriet like she mouthed off the other day at Nick and jade.

Harriet and Cristian were shown to be talking the most in the task. However it should be noted that there was general background chat occurring between questions so perhaps they were all at fault.

I think Harriet's failed but I don't think she did it on purpose. She seemed genuinely shocked that she let the name 'Joel' slip by accident.
