Surely if you spent money voting to evict someone last week in an attempt to save your favourite, and they are now facing eviction this week through this twist, you should have the right to complain? They should not be facing eviction so your votes counted for something. There's probably a reason why this point is a load of tosh, but I've only just thought it!
Waste of votes last week
I stopped voting when Nikki was put back in after I'd paid to vote her out. That was confirmation to me that voting on BB is a mug's game.
I'm not sure if there's grounds for complaint but I do believe they shouldn't be allowed to get away with stunts like this on a show where viewers are paying to vote.

The counter argument would be that you vote for the eviction night that week, you vote to save or evict someone on that Friday and that Friday alone. Anything they transpires after that's over is not connected to your vote and is not relevant.

What happens if my Favourite is saved & then decides to walk few days later ... do I have a right to complain then

I dislike Jade and annoyed she isn't up for eviction this week due to the twist, but ...

If you had voted to save Sarah last week in a vote to save (I'm assuming you mean her as she is the only one up both weeks) and then they switched it this week to a vote to evict you would kind of have a point but last week was only about evicting a HM, saving the other 2 from eviction was just part of the process rather than the main intention.
