I'd like her to say "The public have been voting and the first person to be leaving tonight is Harriet". That would have more shock effect.

They will all be upset which is only natural. They were told to nominate which they did, their noms were then shown to the house...... Only for those with the least noms to be put up for eviction.

This is what I'm wondering, how BB will handle it. I hope they don't tell them at all, and by that I mean I don't even want Emma to tell them they're up for eviction. She should just say "Next person to be evicted is Harriet", then "Next is Sallie and Amy" etc. They'll all be confused and shocked plus none of them will be prepared. No doubt we'll hear "But my hair, I can't go out like this."

I love it when she says the first person to be evicted tonight..... they know that there is another coming. by the time she gets to the third there will be complete panic. I'm going to really enjoy it.

It will probably be right up until the last minute. Emma will read the nominated housemates names out and then go on to say the public haven't been voting to evict you, instead the public have been voting for the housemates who received no nominations. Something along those lines anyway.

Although a bunch of them will be leaving they've sort of been let off the hook. The potential evictees won't have a week of mental turmoil pondering their fate, and when the evictions come there will be strength in numbers instead of wondering 'why me'.

Probably be the same as BB14...

*says names* On Monday, BB told you that you would be up for eviction....this was a lie. *big pause* then Emma reads out the real nominees, you are up for eviction this week.

I think the best way to handle it would be...

Emma: 'Big Brother house. This is Emma. (Insert the names of the housemates NOT actually facing eviction here). Your time has come. The public have been voting since Wednesday. I can now reveal that the third housemate who received the most votes, and will therefore leave the Big Brother house, is... Harriet!

Rinse and repeat for each one. They won't have a clue what is going on and the shock will hit them that not only are the non-nominated housemate up, but that four of them are going! Once the four have been evicted reveal everything to the remaining housemates before chucking in the four new ones. This means no vote freezes too BB as that will give the game away! Keep the secret until all of the evictions have taken place, this will cause the most tension and concern in the house!

It will be interesting to see if Jack can contain himself at the last minute.

I think they should play his DR chat to the house just before Emma speaks to the house.

Yes! He will definitely then need to use his final pass next week!

They should makeJack to stand up at the start and tell the housemates the secret.

Do you think they'd evict all four at once, though? That's a bit harsh not to give them at least some kind of individual interview.

I suppose it depends how much time they have...

I hope they make it up to them by featuring them all on multiple bbots.

The funny and very cruel thing is, is that once the 3rd or 4th one has been evicted, the remaining housemates will probably be absolutely convinced that they've gone into a secret room.

By now, though, I find that sort of secret room belief more ANNOYING than anything else.

In bb8, the HMs were convinced that the wonderful Laura could not possibly really have been evicted over Chanelle and they persisted in that belief weeks later. When they had a phone call from Australian BB, they even asked if Laura was there. That's when I became completely fed up with such stuff from the housemates.

It's an interesting one - if the show 90 minutes again. I'm guessing 30 minutes HLs.

Then evictions start before the new HMs go in.

Or maybe 15 minutes HLs then the evictions begins. They may do 2 doubles rather than 4 individual ones
