I said in a post a while back, that it is harder to predict the winner of this than the winner of the Grand National, and now we have four fallers at the third fence .....

I suggest that BB is in breach of competition law. There is prize money to be won here. Saying that they can change the rules at anytime might be OK for tv viewing numbers but is no defence in law. Contrast with CBB where housemates are paid a fee to appear. No prize. No competition law.
