is not the same because the legal entity "person" under "liability" is very different.
you also mixed in the viewers disclaimer which is completely unrelated to workplace obligations.

If he had been warned by BB the day before then he was silly to repeat the behaviour and ays only has himself to blame.

He didn't repeat the action. It's pretty obvious from the video that Aaron was given a warning last night for the flashing incident but they decided over night to remove him instead today.

I said in the first week that Aarons treatment of Joel was bordering on sexual harassment .

There was also something earlier this week when he was making suggestive comments to Joel .
I could see Joel was, at best uncomfortable .
You could see he didnt want to " bite " though .
This was when he said " I sometimes want to kill you ,Aaron " .
Aaron just smirked .
I cant help but feel we're not seeing the half of it .

If Aaron is telling us all to watch tonight ,
i get the feeling as an isolated incident whatever it is looks fairly harmless .
But it is the straw that broke the camels back stuff for the producers .
After all Joel is only 19 , they have a duty of care toward him .

Do you have a link to substantiate the assertion that Aaron had been warned the day before. There seems to be some confusion.
