This reminds going back a bit but Liam BB6 i think it was the tree surgeon guy. One ep showed him coming out of the shower with a towel round him as you do. But a few of the females then all charged at him trying to pull his towel off him. BB did nothing at all no warnings.

Now imagine that one the other way around. This stuff is so inconsistent.
