The causing alarm bit is crucial. Being naked isn't criminal.

Repeatedly questioning a young man's sexuality, sexually pestering him and then, finally, stripping naked and attempting to get into position to commit sodomy, joking or otherwise, when the other person is unwilling, is a criminal offense.

I am suspecting double standards about HMs flashing, Biannca last year kept flashing her boobs and was a sexual predator to some of the HMs but was not ejected. There must be more to this.

We shall see. I'm just clarifying the legal point. Public nudity is NOT illegal. Sexual harassment is. We shall have to wait to see whay Aaron actually did.

But the question of gender hypocrisy still stands. Ever since Amma got out her minge to shave it in front of everyone in BB2 female nudity is tolerated in a qay male nudity isn't.

We saw it in the intro. Aaron was completely naked, and trying to get into a sexual position behind Joel, gripping him by the hips.

The question of hypocrisy still stands. Bianca should have been kicked out, and Kinga and Amma and all the female housemates in BB8 who chased Ziggy to strip him naked.

Agreed but Channel 5 is under new ownership so maybe they didn't like it.

and to try humping someone whilst naked is a serious thing.
