EE Big name signings?
So where do we stand now on big name signings? With the obvious success in the past with the likes of Barbara Windsor, Timothy West and a promising start from Bonnie Langford, but in contrast Denise Van Outen and Pauline McLynn seem not to have hit a chord with fans where do you stand now?

Watching Bonnie Langford right now, don't get much bigger than that.

Yes, Bonnie knows her stuff. Give her some good lines and stories please.

I'm against them if it means more characters are neglected due to their price. I do like bonnie/Carmel and Stan but they should be spread out to not effect the main cast

Bonnie was great. Straight away, nailed it. Very natural and engaging to watch.
Richard on the other hand... I mean at first I'm like, right he gets a pass for nerves as it's his first week, but he's still bad. I'll admit though, I've come around to liking him a TINY bit but that's it, and he still makes me cringe. Maybe he's been miscast I'd say. I'm quite sure (or at least, hopeful) that he will continue to improve and get the hang of it. You can tell panto has rubbed off on him a lot - he's too expressive, which comes across very unnatural at times. Sorry, I'm away to breath into a small brown bag now

I'm loving Carmel and Bonnie has been brilliant so far.
I think a mix is good - unknowns alongside well known actors. |

I'm sick of these "big" names. They change nothing, and most certainly do nothing for me. I'd rather see their paychecks being used for bigger and better storylines.

DVO can stay away. Bonnie Langford has been great.
