Well Twitter is full of crap so it's not really surprising that they would say that.
I'm not a fan of Jack, mainly 'cause of the unfai advantages he has been given so far (although it's obviously proving to be a poisoned chalice,) but the comments about his personal appearance are pretty mean.

Not sure what you don't understand. If you've watched BB and been on here you will know that female HMs often get blamed by some posters for bad things that have happened to them in the House. EG Hazel and Chloe from the last CBB.
