If the judges like them, then why not?

So why not put in a nice person that no one will really object to and throws that curve ball of anyone (in the future) could be the wildcard, will be no threat to the singers votes and the judges can feel all warm and fuzzy about doing a nice thing.

Completely ludicrous theory...”

Simon usually enjoys female acts with a certain degree of sexiness so I agree, it's not completely impossible.

But a lot of it is to do with what semi final night they are on.

I think it will be Relevation Avenue, although I'd much rather see some of the others again if I'm honest.

Revelation Avenue are the best act of the whole show along with The Kanneh Masons. Either one of these should be the wildcard.

But then they'll be up against winners and runners up in the final who were all popular so to pick an act who finished quite low will only find their position plummet even lower

But some of them on Monday's semi final, for instance, may be less popular than someone who came 4th on a later night.

Also on Monday night there was the smallest amount of voters, so that effects the results and who gets through.

I really hope they give Andrew Flemming another chance.

I thought his first audition was fantastic and I believe that BTG threw him under a bus for his live performance. Obviously I don't know how much truth there is in the rumours that go round about these type of reality show, but I have heard that it's not always the contestants that pick their material!!!

Controversy makes good TV = viewing figures = votes = money

Just my opinion

Well, there'd certainly be a fair bit of controversy if Andrew Flemming DOES get the wildcard....

We already have a choir as well as 2 other acts who sing in the final. Plus you'd expect at least one of Emma Jones and Simon's golden buzzer act tonight will go through, maybe even both of them! Will they want to add Revelation Avenue? Out of those who have come third I'd go with Boyband.

I would be more than happy if there were no boybands in the final. They should be confined to XF for the teeny masses to gush over.

I'd go for Revelation Avenue personally.

I thought their audition was one of the best at that stage of the process

I thought their level dropped in the semi-final though. But if they were to choose a better song/go back to their audition piece I think they could show a significant improvement. In contrast, I thought most of the other acts who came third put in decent performances comparable to their abilities and I couldn't envisage too much of a marked improvement for the final - hence are they really going to do that well in the public vote if they weren't able to win their semi-final?

Of course we don't necessarily know which acts came third in the votes do we? I think Monday and Thursday were decided by the judges so it's possible one of those acts sent home was actually a very close second.

In agreement with you on this, but they are likely to put through an act that will get the most votes from the teens.

I hope Boy Band get it.
I really like them and felt they should have got the judges vote over the Neales.
