Yes, very much deserved result.

Joel repeatedly told him to stop and looked very uncomfortable.

This did not come out of the blue , there was a progressive lead up to it. BB had ample opportunity to warn Aaron before it became situation critical . BB should have warned Aaron.

I think tonight's clippings will give more perspective, but it all just feels wrong.

Poor Joel did not ask for Aaron to be removed.. did he go in to the DR straight after the event or in the morning? He was shock at the removal especially since he thought the other HMs would blame him for it... obviously Aaron cannot handle drink and it was clear Joel was not drunk.. he was soberish unlike some of the others and felt extremely uncomfortable.. just because he shared a bath with Aaron doesn't mean he wanted to take it any further... however a final warning would have been sufficieint imo

Absolutely he deserved to get removed. You can't excuse it. He would just have said sorry I won't do it again then because of his personality he would have played about again. It had to be stopped and stopped immediately.

Meh, I can't be doing with 'should've'/'would've'. He SHOULD have been warned. If he did it again, he SHOULD be removed. This was an extreme over-reaction and entirely put the cart before the horse. They should have been spoken to by BB separately and together to resolve the issue rather than just throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

I dont think he should have been removed, I think BB should have put a stop to it earlier, the other HM's are also to blame for egging him on, especially telling Aaron to get into Joels bed, it was a bit of fun that got out of hand, I blame BB and the other HM's.

This /\/\

Im not saying what he did was right but BB should have intervened much earlier, like immediately, give Aaron a stern warning to nip it in the bud straight away then if he carried on then remove him. Big brother allowed it to happen & allowed it to go on for quite a while before anything was done. His removal didnt need to happen had BB intervened straight away & told him his behaviour was unacceptable & to stop & think. It didnt need to escalate that far but sadly, too little too late

the incident should have been stopped by bb much earlier and he should of been warned

I'm surprised that hardened BB fans on here appear to be outraged or upset by Aaron's behaviour, it is Big Brother FFS, not Blue Peter.

They were ALL laughing, including Joel.

If he'd stopped after the very firm "No", no warning needed, it could resolve naturally in the house.

That he carried on - and that he'd essentially be harassing Joel for weeks with similar schtick, yes, kick him out.

Joel also said he touched his genitals intentionally. That alone would be instant kick-out.

Aaron went way too far when joking on with Joel. Aaron knew Joel was straight, so I don't know why he persisted with his "leaving nothing to the imagination" behaviour. He's made an idiot of himself on national TV. If he wasn't drunk, he's as forward as hell! He was pushing his luck totally though. At one point anyone else would have stopped because of Joel showing that he was getting sick of it, but Aaron just carried on and on until Big Brother eventually called him. I don't know why the others were encouraging Aaron because it was obvious that Joel was really getting sick of it.

I think he should have just had a warning but if I knew 52% of pollsters wanted him removed they obviously found it offensive, so it was correct to remove him in that case.

I think he clearly has no idea how to respect other people's boundaries, but we can all be guilty of that from time to time in different ways.

My gripe with this is that on other occasions, BB have completely ignored behaviour that should have warranted a chuck out. They are so inconsistent in applying their own rules.

At this point in time, I think no they should not have removed him.

Joel was the person on the receiving end of the "inappropriate behaviour" and he should have been asked the morning after (NOT in the middle of the night) whether he felt comfortable enough to carry on living with Aaron.

BB said in their statement that Joel did not complain, it was BB's choice as they felt boundaries were crossed...

Joel would not have wanted Aaron removed. End of.

Once he started squeaking he put himself beyond the pale. One minute he thinks he's Knob Harry, the next minute he's a wailing infant. He was a bully and a coward.

This is spot on,

Many years ago some women were subjected to this same thing by disgusting men shouting disgusting things after them while they walked down a street thinking they we big men.
I am sure there are many women even on this board who still remember how that felt to be degraded like that for fun

Its not funny when someone thinks its funny to expose themselves to you whether that be a Woman or a Man & sexuality has nothing to do with it, It doesn't matter whom you're sexually attracted to!

With resect it's a bit difficult to separate the two. Looking back it was always going to happen as he has no boundaries.

I dont think Joel found it funny. I liked Aaron but he went too far. Joel told him to stop a few times and we have to remember this is edited, and we do not really know how long this went on. Aaron did not stop when asked.

Joel was embarrassed and uncomfortable, almost everyone in the room was laughing and taunting Aaron to carry on. I am imagining in those moments Joel probably felt alone and did not know quite what to do as no one was helping.

They all jumped forward though to admit they were wrong once they realised Aaron had been kicked out.

All those who cheered Aaron on like they did should have had a talking to also.
