She egged Aaron on and physically pushed him in to Joel.

She was just as much to blame.

Agree...she certainly repeatedly 'loaded the gun' and stepped back...

People who egg on and encourage are just as guilty as the person who does it.

I wouldn't say she was as guilty but she was out of order and should be reprimanded.

Yeah, she was the first to push him against Joel. Don't know if she should be removed but she was pretty instrumental in the whole thing continuing and going further.

She should have received a warning for being an accessory

No. Ultimately everyone is responsible for their OWN actions.

Yes Harriet's behaviour wasnt good. But she wasn't the one going too far.

She encouraged it and should probably be warned. She wasn't as responsible was Aaron though.

Legally an observer who encourages such acts shares the blame.

She should have got at least a warming. She's almost definitely gone tomorrow anyway.

I've never heard of that 'legally'.

I think you're excusing the blame on Aaron by trying to share it with Harriet.

I'm not a Harriet fan either. But I think you're being soft on Aaron.

If this had been a straight guy swinging his bits around in front of a lesbian woman, trying to encourage her to be straight, I think people would be up in arms over it. It's interesting the double standards.

Yeah but Harriet's probably gone tomorow anyway . I'd rather see her reaction when she gets voted out by the public

I think she might be given a formal warning.

The theme of the Jodie Foster movie about a gang rape, "The Accused" is that onlookers who egg on the perpetrators DO share legal culpability. So it could be argued that Harriet should have received SOME kind of sanction.
