He looked like a bloke in a wig last time I saw him but he's much uglier now and almost unrecognisable ..... I thought he was going to make himself look more feminine ...

I said exactly the same as I was banging on about last year - another terrible wig! There are some great wigs out there, better styles, more natural looking, doesn't have to cost a fortune, why does she keep picking those God awful ones and then wear them at a dodgy angle?

I remember seeing a video of him getting a skin peel done before he had any major surgery, and the woman doing it said he had quite petite and feminine features, so he would'nt need to much work done when making the transition.

He clearly didn't listen to her and looks more bloated and butch, and like he's melting.
