The root of this Joel/Aaron issue is society itself

Don't mean to get deep, but it's clear people on here especially have very mixed opinions, society itself ATM struggles to comprehend issues surround rape and sexual assault, especially male on male harassment, so no surprise those views are represented on here.

it shouldn't matter whether it's male/male, male/female or female/female.

I find it rather disturbing that anyone could find that acceptable. It says a lot about the other housemates that they seemed to be enjoying it!

Lol thank you, I actually chose it after the books, which I was unhealthily obsessed with for a while!

But being on topic, it's wound me up more than it should have, I'm incredibly young tbh and probably don't have as much experience as the other posters on here but I recognise how certain opinions towards issues like this need to change.

Male on male, male on female, female on female - none of these should matter, but unfortunately it does - and it's something we need to change for the future lol

Never read the books seen the first 2 movies though and enjoyed them both which of course is terrible in itself but i rarely get the time to read books due to my work commitments being a sole practice but with movies i can at least share the down time with the GF so i do have somewhat of an excuse.

On topic , Whilst i agree with you as a whole please try to remember those who disagree with your opinion will stand out far more than those who agree.... Which in itself can be annoying of course but then add in the trolls and well

Sometimes we have to realise the cyber world is a different animal we are dealing with, Just try not to get to sucked in or your next holiday destination could very well be a padded cell

This. Male victims, especially of women don't report attacks on them at all. A third of male victims of abuse are victims of women.

Sometimes saying No, Stop it, is part of the fun.

I mean we all saw it, Joel said stop it, but no one gave a rats bum, presumably because they thought Joel was laughing along with it.

This situation puts Human nature in the dock, and there ain't no fixing that.

I hope people realize that this sort of view on this sort of thing is a direct product of the patriarchy that runs rampant in our society.

Yes, I found it quite worrying that they were laughing at Aaron's actions.

What started out a laugh for the HMs watching, ended up a quiet embarrassed giggle.....
