On the whole I agree with you. Regardless of age there is no truly dominant individual, male or female, in that house and consequently there's no one to keep them in check.

Personally, I think he was saving face in the diary room and he was happy to play along and be the centre of attention in the bedroom. I do think Aaron went too far jumping on his bed and hugging him, but I don't think it was eviction worthy. A warning would have been sufficient.
