They tamper with nominations which affects who's up

What, only 4 weeks? Is things that bad then?

Helen was protected from start to finish. They used the whole BB apparatus to make her look good in the final weeks transforming from horrible bitch to passable human being.

Just like they saved Jade this week

It's a tv show. They have to mix things up and this weeks nominations twist has been great. Ultimately though it's us who decide who goes and who wins the show.

Last nights overnight ratings crept up to 1m (1.1m inc +1) for a show that featured a HM's removal for serious misconduct.
That kinda sets the bar at 1.1m being the most they can hope for now.
Not good

Helen won her immunity fair and square. Pauline could have picked anyone. To suggest she received a good edit is total nonsense. The kangaroo court in the final couple of weeks was a hatchet job on her.

Here's the Sky listing which now says 32 episodes:

Tonight is 18 of 32.

Are we sure that it's the end of the series, or could that be when the show will be revamped for the second half?

Wishful thinking?

And it says series 16 out of 16, so that CONFIRMS it will NOT be renewed next year!

This all makes sense now why they are evicting 4 housemates tonight as if this doesnt work then the show will be over

The series count is normal for a show like BB which is still in production and has an indefinite number of series still to come - they can't list 16/18 for example, as who knows how many more series they might do.

But it's very unusual for the episode count to be reduced mid season like that.

No. It could be a mistake. I doubt that they would be putting 4 more HM's in tonight if the series is over in two weeks (or has this been cancelled)?

I should have more news in the next hour or so when C5's Press Pack drops for that week.

Is there a precedent for a reality show being ended before its scheduled run?

Agreed

She didn't win immunity. It was given to her. There never should have been immunity.

It's still one of Channel 5's top shows.

Sarcasm actually. If you'd read the thread you'd know I was talking crap on purpose, just like most of the posters in this thread.

Not that I can think of in the UK.
It has been done before in America though.

It says "season 16" on mine and that's even more annoying

I hope this is true.

The show is dead thanks to Channel 5 and I'm glad the viewers are finally realising that it's not Big Brother anymore and is now just a cheap TOWIE spin off.

MTV listings from Monday 15th June don't show Big Brother repeats. Teen Mom is listed at 19:00.
