You're arguing against yourself! The 2013 series got higher ratings!
I think you are misrepresenting my words. I'm simply pointing out that 1.6m has been the average apart from one series when they had an average 1.9m. I can't remember much about that series but I do remember the last one clearly and I think we would all agree Helen was a major figure throughout. She really split opinion but ultimately the silent majority had the final say and crowned her champion. Much like the silent majority had the final say in the Scottish referendum.

I knew ratings were down but I didn't realise things had got quite this bad. It's an awful series and im only half watching, but it would still be a sad way for it to end.

Except big blagger are not trolls and that's a fact. Obviously this is just a rumour but remember - where there is smoke, there is fire.
That isn't always true, metaphorically or literally. The trick is to watch where it's being blown.

Whatever happens I think C5 have done enough to ensure that no broadcaster will ever pick up BB again. RIP.
How can you blame C5 for the show's failures ? It's beyond me.

Anyone who seriously thinks BB would be much different now if it was on any other channel needs to have a word with themselves. The blame lies almost entirely with Endemol.

Even if it does get cancelled I'm sure it will come back one day. Everything that was once big gets revived at some point.

Six week series in the middle of June? I could see it, to be honest.

What the show really needs,is somebody to take it away from endemol, if ITV had taken it over was it gonna be produced by there own production team, and come under the banner ITV Studios.

I'm starting to think that it would have been better with ITV. It could have filled the block between BGT and XF.

The viewing figures shoe that BB14 was better than BB15.

If you say so.

Sure, it would get more viewers on ITV. But the product would be the same and have the same flaws.

Also, it would NEED to get higher ratings on ITV. 1.5m is good for C5, but wouldn't cut it on ITV. They'd probably stick it on ITV2 and fill it with TOWIE types.

If they did that then it would be no different to the last five years.

ITV2 would have treated the show much worse than channel 5 did...and before anybody says anything, there is no way we would have LF on ITV. Remember that ITV axed the I'm a Celeb live feed years before Channel 4 and 5 did for BB.

Yes, which I pointed out in at least three different posts. Three out of four years the average has been 1.6m. That tends to be the average if you look over the four years since channel 5 took over.

If it moved to another channel, why would it be same production team, it could be taken over
