I don't blame the producers for doing this

For the whole series, people on here and social media have said this was the dullest set of HMs ever.

Producers panicked, so they did the most extreme thing. The head of CH5 said he wasn't happy and the day the quad eviction was announced, he announced they had to have a big event to change the house.

I don't do social media but I quite liked them all in one way or another, I certainly didn't hate any of them.

A very rounded group that could have given us an old school BB experience.

Never mind.

But what if the new housemates are just as dull? I miss Harriett and the twins already!

It's a dull set, but I don't see how replacing Harriet and Sarah (or the Twins) with two other models and a himbo really helps.

Not like the public were clamouring for more Simon

We don't know what the newbies will be like but as I said, the prods had enough and went a bit OTT

The producers can take a long walk off a short pier if they've really put that d!ckhead back in

Putting 'Showbiz' back in was a huge mistake.

Fed up with him already.

It's a big FU to the fans who have remained loyal to the show and have actually enjoyed this series so far and found it refreshing.

Don't have a care in the world to watch anymore.

This was one of my favourite ever series and this has ruined it. I don't like when new housemates go in, and I literally cannot watch Simon. I honestly, cannot hear that word screeched over and over again in the hope of starting a catchphrase. I will be fast forwarding all his parts.

Just maybe they had some of the right HMs - they are all young and needed time to embed and develop and the litmus to light them. Just maybe the litmus left on the opening night ....but sadly the charcoals have left tonight as the litmus has re- entered?

Yeah, they didn't get the house dynamic right from day one ..

But "Showbizzz!" is part of the solution? Losing Aaron to get a few tabloid inches?

F*** this series ... The producers can do one

Well the future of the show may now rely on Mr Showbiz and his 'crazy antics' to pull in millons of viewers - scarey thought

Damned if they do, damned if they don't!

I blame them - the series was OK until they panicked. They are desperately trying to chase ratings and all it will do is alienate people more people who have stuck with it

If they want ratings the show needs to be promoted properly before it starts (and ideally take a couple of years off first)

What do you blame the producers for?

Yeah I was enjoying it, it was a better old school BB show than the recent tabloid fest its become.

This is now shite.

The producers today apparently said they were cutting their series by 4 WEEKS. So the prods literally threw everything in tonight.

They took a huge risk and it annoyed people.

To be honest salv, I think its long over due the production team should have done this years ago!
Far to many year in year out go onto the show promise all manner of things & they never deliver, Maybe now they will all think on & do what their supposed to do & entertain us the fans!

What about the silent majority?

Putting CBB aside. this is the first series I've watched in a while. And I was really enjoying it. I don't need twists or extra housemates. I just like watching reasonably ordinary people getting on - watching the little niggles crop up, watching them get resolved.

Maybe that's not exciting enough for many, but it's what I like to watch.

Now they've mucked it all up - I'm bored, and probably won't bother again this series.

The silent majority may not be enough when you have the lowest ratings ever.
