Barry is a heathy, cocky, cheeky eighteen year old kid. Healthy and fit, just a normal teenager but when he suddenly collapses in school and is diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor his whole life changes.

(Love the sound of this ) Barry slammed his alarm which was beeping.

He groaned, the last thing he wanted to do to was go to school. He was tired and wanted to just sleep.

But he got up and reluctantly showered before pulling his uniform on and going downstairs.

He had breakfast before going to school. He had a slight headache but ignored it

He had been taking no notice to these headaches and the fact that he was more tired than usual.

However today the headache was worse than usual he decided to tell his mum.

Carol accessed him of faking to get out of school

Barry went to school ignoring the pounding in his head. He took no notice of it.

He tried to concentrate but couldn't so just messed around in class.

To make his day worse, his year had to give a presentation in three days time in an assembly in front of the time and he had been nominated to be spokesperson along with Imogen Stewart. He knew people had voted just to piss him off.

He sighed he couldn't be bothered for it when he looked at writing it was all blur

He hated the fact that he had been nominated.

He wasn't being cooperative at all with imogen.

Imogen was getting annoyed with Barry

"Barry we need to take this serious!" She kept telling him.

Before they knew it, it was the assembly and everyone was gathered in the hall. Barry was annoyed because he didn't even want to do this.

his headache was banging and the paracetamol didn't kick in

Dynasty was sitting next to her brother before the presentation. "You okay? You look really pale! You're not nervous are you?" She giggled.

"No!" Barry kicked back. "I've just got a headache!" "Another one?" Dynasty questioned as Barry had taken paracetamol yesterday for a headache.

'Yea it's nothing' he said.

They were then called up for the speech before dynasty could say anything else.

Both kasey and dynasty were worried about bsrry but hadn't told the other

Barry followed Imogen to the stage although he felt very lightheaded. Imogen did her part of the speech and then passed the mic to Barry.

"Thanks..."' Barry slurred as he reached out to grab the mic he then pulled his speech from his pocket but he couldn't read a word as the words started dancing around the page. Barry felt as if he was floating, as if the world was spinning. "First.....Firstly...." He spoke but he felt sick as the room started moving.

The next thing came as a shock as Barry collapsed on the stage, his vision going blank and his body limp.

The whole hall was in shock and silence grew.

The teachers ran up to the stage.

imogen had bent down and started gently shaking barry.

dynasty and kasey were in hysterics

Christine and Nikki immediately crouched down beside Barry as Simon called an ambulance. Nikki checked for a pulse, he had one but it was faint.

Dynasty ran on to stage "Barry? Baz? Barry wake up this ain't funny-"

nikki turned Barry on to his side in the recovery position.

Audrey and a few other tewchees escorted the students out of the hall

An ambulance arrived within 10 minutes and prepped Barry for hospital. He started fitting in their arrival though. This was a terrifying ordeal for his sisters.

The paramedics tended to barry and made him stop fitting.

imogen was comforting dynasty and kasey.

This had all came as a shock as there had been no signs to indicate that Barry was feeling ill.

Carol was in a state when she got the call she felt a tad guilty as on a couple of occasions Barry said he had a headache but she thought he was lying to skip school
