You must have given them your password, I had to - this would be held on your file with Three. If you don't know that then they usually ask several more validation questions.
I got my PAC today after getting the letter. I'm going to wait and see if they come back with any better offer as I don't have to use the PAC. The main sticking point for me is that even if I choose the £20 option on then I have to sign a new 12 month contract, which I don't really want to do, or it's £23 for 1 month, but I'm in on a rolling month by month at the moment as I'm out of contract.
I think TBH I'd be ok on the 200 mins / unlimited / 20GB tethering but making me sign up for a year now is the tipping point.
