I agree the 800MHz launch could have been improved, having Three in Touch working over 4G from day 1 would have been helpful.
If OnePlus don't have time to work with Three how do you think other devices get updates? Do you think iPhones or Samsungs get updates without any work between the manufacturer and network?
If you have an O2 sim card good for you, now you can post in the Vodafone/O2 thread. Sorry if I've got this wrong but you sound suspiciously similar to a poster beginning with wave, but users and moderators can come to there own conclusion.”
Proberly because to work the phone would also need to have special hardware build in. 4G is just starting to go mainstream in some places, doubt the network's will make them since all they have to do currently is a OTA update. 5G sim cards will have Volte built into them but that's years away. Apple, samsung are big players its easy for them to get onboard with the networks for Volte. So many phones that have band 20 & are Volte compatible can't see Three giving every one a software update for Volte. Fair enough can see who that would be tricky but 800mhz 4G data browsing should be available to everyone, whitelisting only phones they choose is kick in teeth to loyal Three customers! Ive been with Three network over seven years, don't have a clue who this wave your talking about

im still with three my add on doesn't run out till next week, im just normal guy nothing wrong with criticism as more people are doing to all four networks. It might actually improve network coverage, indoor reception, faster speeds, less outages e.t.c which is what we all want
