I'm not sure if this is 2 X 15MHz worth of spectrum. http://imgur.com/TRWVpcM
I would consider this to be a busy business park.
I would say so. Good test! Makes a change considering what everyone has been saying.
10Mhz fast would be about 40.
20Mhz fast would be about 80
So I would say that was a very good 15Mhz test!

You're looking at about 20 meg per 5Mhz at 1800 for a higher end test.
Hence why 800 will be about 10 meg

Three Carrier is 22.0 on iOS 9.1 Beta 3. Prep for VoLTE?

Edit: I can now see and access the APN screen. Hmm.

They said the HTC One M9 would be activated for super voice on 24th September and then according to posts on the blog they changed their mind to sometime in December. I got the M9 2 days ago just for it as my work is a black spot but is super voice enabled.

I'm think my previous speed test was not 2 X 15MHz because I just redid a speed test on DC-HSPA+ and got 24mbps. http://imgur.com/CMNlLzG . Maybe just nobody is using this mast.

Yesterday driving through Lisburn I noticed the 4G icon appearing. I pulled over to try a speed test, but only got through the download phase (22Mb) before the 4G signal disappeared again - but it's coming!

Thank God for that.
I thought I was the only one who pulled over to do speed tests.
But no,.... there are others....

I don't even have my phone out when driving it's called Bluetooth car kit. Lucky you live in the middle of no where where there is no police around.

Oh I replied to your post on ispreview btw.

It still shocks me quite how badly Three has handled this VoLTE deployment. I went in a Three shop after a bit to eat at Burger King yesterday and asked them to explain super voice probably being a bit unfair to be honest. I only asked what it was and which devices worked with it guy on floor looked at me vacant went get someone else and that person just said it works across all devices on our network and that it is higher quality calls.

Clearly they haven't been told difference between HDVoice and Supervoice and do find it funny on the blog that it says it's no extra cost.

So the Galaxy S6 now has Super-Voice support. With root, I believe you can re-enable band selection.

This, or the G4?

I would say G4 but I hate touchwiz so I'm biased.

Got a link for the S6 band selection? And I'll give it a go since my S6 is rooted

I am getting speeds of 50mb on the 800mhz cell. Am I correct in thinking this is because hardly anyone is using it yet?

I think it's fair to say you'll be the only one!

By the way, I'm at the Mobile Choice Awards tonight as a guest of Three so as I'm on their table I will be trying to ask a few questions about 800 and VoLTE. Before we get too drunk!

You can't be getting those sort of speeds on 5mhz are you sure it's not band 3 1800mhz. 5mhz @800 is only capable of 35mb tops, or so I read!

They just mean you are registered on the IMS core nothing to do with the frequency you are receiving, it will show on both 800MHz and 1800MHz. If you make a call you will drop back either to 3G or 4G 800MHz in which case if you do a speedtest then it will provide an accurate result.

Maybe get them drunk first, then ask ALL the commercially sensitive questions

Casually drop in the questions about 4G priority vs 3G and if handsets sold outside of Three will get VOLTE.....as you pour them another gallon of wine!
