Found these pics whilst browsing the BBC site. Wildlife Photographer of the Year - People's Choice

Hard to choose a favourite but "A mother's hand", "Colorado red" and "Jelly starburst" stand out for me. Incredible timing with "The blue trail".

How bewildering thatt must be for seals. I had no idea that they could survive as long as a month out of the water.
I did like Sammy sleeping in the Ladies!

A lot of people think Water Bears (Tardigrades) look cute under the microscope - anyway the toughest animals on the planet seen mating for the first time.
