Either way it was cheap and tacky. Bet she was sweating in those socks
It's not Alice as it would need a white pinafore on top,, black headband, black shoes and such.
To be Dorothy she would need her hair in bunches and have a chequered pattern on the dress which is does not.
It's just a cheap blue plastic dress, neither Alice nor Dorothy. End of.

It's not alice. Alice has a bow on the back and a white thing over the top of the whole dress. I mean, if it is meant to be alice it's awful and looks a lot more like dorothy
