I thought they hadn't shown why but I was thinking maybe I missed a bit. There was one clip on Sunday's highlight show where Danny was talking to Helen and Marc was there too joining in the conversation and I knew that would probably end up with them talking again. I wouldn't be surprised if Danny did capitulate to Marc as he did with Helen as they all seem to do in order to try and keep the peace. I wish they wouldn't do that. Sometimes people should do that but not with Helen and her uber out of order ways.

First of all Danny has an endearing personality. He is always smiling, always nice to everyone and seems to be in a good mood most of the time.

Second, donīt exaggerate please. He isnīt dumb. At least people can have good conversations with him as everyone in the house said. And he has social and emotional intelligence which Helen and Marc seem to miss.

Seriously though, how can you be so obsessed with one housemate?

An endearing personality? Ha ha, come on now- you cannot be serious.
Danny does not have an endearing personality, and he IS as dumb as a box of rocks. Ask the guy to spell canoe and you'll see what I mean. 'Kun Kun kun.... ooo'?

You ask me not to exaggerate but I'll ask you not to just make stuff up and present it as if it's true.

He's categorically not always smiling, he's certainly not always nice to everyone, far from it, and he's pretty damn low in the greater scheme of things when it comes to both social and emotional intelligence.

He's this year's thick as s*** TOWIE style fame whore, with little to no redeeming qualities, and yet the typical voting public will (of course) lap it up, and make excuses for the guy.

Yeah this is certainly possible.

I can't imagine in the real world Marc and his science mates would have all that much to learn from our Danny, and conversation would be rather one sided.

Jesus he's a grown man he shouldn't be influenced by any one.

I suppose it was Helens fault that Marc caned Sam about her weight at the start of last nights show.
For once it isn't Helens fault. haha.

Is Marc able to read this thread?

If so GET SOME TROUSERS ON YOU ENDBELL!

How many other housemates do you want him to keep away from?

I hope Marc doesn't own any rabbits

Their mutual dislkie for fake personalities and lily-livered fence-sitters has bonded them

I thoroughly detested Helen last year but this year she's been the shot in the arm this pedestrian house desperately needed

But hey one mans bully is another mans reality check

Ten mins after he said Sam is fat up top down bottom in fact fat all over.

He's a very very nice man like the AA guy on those ads. Not.

Actually i am. There is a reason why everyone is running to him with their problems. Everyone seems to feel very comfortable around him, even Marc.

So he canīt spell canoe, wow. So what? Is that all you have?

Again, you asked me not to exaggerate but yet here you are doing exactly that again.

Everyone does not run to him with their problems. Not even close. It's laughable to even suggest that this is the case.

There are many reasons why Danny isn't perceived to be the sharpest tool in the box, and it's not just his lack of spelling skills. He's slow to the point of lethargic when it comes to the old grey matter.

I notice you failed to address the rest of my post, so I guess I can throw the 'is that all you have' back at you.

Yeah, i am just to lazy to reply to everything because it seems pointless anyway. But if it makes you happy, i disagree with everything you said.

I agree with you about Danny, he's all right. He might not be very articulate but he's no one's fool. His group came under direct attack after the bunker and Marc held all the cards, but Danny rallied his troops, fought back, and won, even if I didn't always like their methods. He commands quiet respect and loyalty among his friends. I think he's playing a good game so far.

It's not about making me happy, (this is just an internet forum about a reality tv show on channel 5 after all) more about an inability from others able to address the valid criticisms aimed at Danny, instead choosing to make up an unsubstantiated defense for the poor wee lamb instead.

Lol omg. Maybe you just donīt care about the reasons i gave you because you simply do want to dislike Danny. Or you are to stupid to understand them, which i doubt. And tbh i honestly donīt care.

Ah yes, that lovely compliment 10 mins after he met Chloe - "going for a STD check"?

You claimed that everyone is running to him with their problems which clearly isn't the case, hence the use of the word 'unsubstantiated' in my reply to you.

It really isn't a difficult one to grasp.

For someone who doesn't care, you do a very good job of disguising it.
