Have only just watched last nights as have been away for a couple of days and he definitely said DONT CALM DOWN twice.

I just re watched it again he defiantly says don't calm down, not clear on the other bit but think he intimated it was good to watch

Add to this if Helen heard it like he was telling her to calm down she would have said 'don't tell me what to do Marc' no one gives me orders, instead she gave the response that went with what he was saying, maybe some people need, sous titres.

I have now watched again and there were no pauses on both occasions he said any pause that you hear are just not there
