Obviously the BB team advised him that its time to soften his thick, brazen eejit persona. Expect more fake diary tears to come our way soon.

Vic told him to be nice and he could win. Next thing he's in the diary room doing a Simon.

I think even someone who can't explain what 'insecure' means could engineer that!

Marc is a decent guy and I dont think the whole going in the diary room was done by the producers he did that himself

That nice moment between Marc and Chloe on last nights highlight show was so sweet you see Marc is a decent guy and clearly hes realised he did wrong with how he and the other three nominated her

You think that's enough to make us forget all the mean stuff he does?

Didn't have anything to do with the fact that Vic had a word with him I suppose?

Yes I do actually JVS, given how people have turned on Cristian because of his outbursts during the last 2 days. They have forgotten why they wanted Harry out in a very short space of time. It seems like the only thing that counts is the last 2 days before eviction, so if Marc is pleasant every week just before Friday, he will win.

No he didn't. Just because someone comes in screaming and shouting and insulting all the housemates, does not mean they have "saved the show". The man is a first class idiot, and that conversation with Chloe was so fake. Victor's words made him realise that he was being too nasty to win and so he changed tactic quickly. His performance in the diary room later on was cringy..."I'm not nasty". Of course he's nasty. He's horrible. Just as bad as Helen.

Yes I liked it and it does demonstrate Marc has a decent side but we already knew this and though I accept it may have been a result of the nudge from Victor still that, his piece in the diary room and the nomination of Jade shows that he can listen and react and he does want to be liked. He just thought he was being entertaining bring a nasty bugger which he was to a degree.

What struck me more was how Chloe accepted and enjoyed Marc's words but still bitched with Jack about how unfunny Marc is and with Crustian to a degree about how Joel shouldn't mix with Marc Now that I didn't like.

Still the funniest thing ever was when Brian tried and failed to wind up Marc with the pots and pans routine It was on BOTS and PLEASE let it be on the main show as it was a genuinely lol moment.

Agree. He also took the cowards way out with the final nomination not enough backbone to nom in front of HMs

Aah, somebody who agrees with me, at least changing tactics is doing something - I've been reading elsewhere so much criticism of Cristian changing tactics and how bad it is, how fake it is, Danny changing tactics and so on... now finally somebody agrees with me, there's nothing wrong with changing tactics to play the game and try and win! Even Jade's done it - several times Simon too.

Am I the only one who spotted Chloe say "effing a***hole" when Marc left her side at the end of that conversation?

Yes, that was actually affectionate banter between friends. I think Chloe has a lot of time for Mark.

I was in two minds whether it was that, or whether she meant it on the quiet

Theres nothing wrong with "changing tactics"!!! as I see it, Marc has been the catalyst for forcing the other HMs to show more of themselves, without him this would have been a bore-fest beyond belief, they should kiss the ground he walks on, IMO they owe him!!
