I agree with Simon, unlike the X factor line ups, I think the BGT one really works and they all gel nicely and it would be a shame to change it.

I'll be shocked if the panel isn't the same next year. It's like Alesha Dixon said on BGMT: it's a dysfunctional family and dysfunctional families are always fun to watch.

I don't think I've ever seen a judging line up where they all clearly get on really well and it's not forced, except these four on BGT.

I think The Voice UK line ups do get on pretty well, but this is ruined by half of them being DREADFUL and irritating ***** (Jessie J, will.i.am in particular) and also by the fact that The Voice is shit.

Only Alesha is likely to want to walk as she could do other things on TV. Walliams treats the show as a comedy performance so I guess he's happy. This is all Amanda's got so she's not going anywhere!!

The XF started going downhill when all the judges kept changing. It hasn't stopped going yet...
