A little early I know but it's the final and it's time to celebrate.

So here we are once again, the final of Britain's Got Talent.

It's nearly a year since Collabro were crowned 2014 champions but who will follow in their footsteps?

Remember the finalists are:

Calum Scott- Singer {Simon's Golden Buzzer}
Cor Glanaethwy- Welsh Choir
Danny Posthill- Impressionist
Entity Allstars- Dance Troupe {Alesha's Golden Buzzer)
Isaac Waddington- Singer/Pianist
Jamie Raven- Magician
Jules O'Dwyer & Matisse- Dancing Dog
Old Men Grooving- Comedic Dance Group
The Neales- Male Vocal Group
UDI- Electric Light Dance Troupe

However as a twist this year there are two wildcard acts (one picked by the judges and one picked by the public)

Let's get this party started...

For me this year it's a really strong final line up regardless of what people say.

However:

Danny Posthill is going to have to do some really unexpected and original impressions
Jules has got to have come up with a better story than the toyshop
The Neales have got to have another emotional video
Old Men Grooving have got to have their comedy heads on

All in my opinion of course

Fun fact: I was going to audition for BGT at one point a few years' back with The Sean Bassett Show. It was going to be a stage sitcom with a exaggerated version of myself as one of the characters.

I actually applied to audition and everything.

It would have been terrible, though.

That actually sounds really interesting & funny!

Who were the judges at the time?

Do we know the running order yet? Tempted to put a bet on UDI to finish top 3 at 13/2 but not if they are one of the first acts on.

I don't think we'll ever top the 2009 final viewing figures wise. That got nearly 18 million viewers.

Nope, I don't believe so, I'll check all their twitter profiles to see if there's any indication though.

Sources claiming that annoying kid with the same song about falling for a girl despite being about 10 has got through as a wildcard.

And he's performing that song for a third time.

Unbelievable.

Evening all and thanks for the thread.

And that final was very singer and dancer heavy. Indeed, there was only one act who wasn't a singer of a dancer (Julian Smith the Saxophonist).

I'd rather that than Jesse-Jane.

Probably not. I'm sure he has his supporters elsewhere on the internet. But impressionists rarely do well in the final.

As long as he hits the mark then I'd love him to win. He's got the talent and his live show script was far better than his audition. I don't want a singing or dancing act to win.

That was a freaky show though. You had Americans wanting it broadcast live over there!!

Nice recap thanks. Series 4 (2010) stands out as a poor year.

Edit: Interesting that despite all the moaning over foreign acts, only one, Attraction, has ever made the top 3!!
