Yay the amazing dog won!

Way better than what Pudsey was a few years back so worthy winner.”

I'm glad they won but I don't think they were anywhere near as good as Ashley and Pudsey

Err, yea, because training a dog to do that is so easy and takes no effort at all mate!

So glad Jules and Matisse won ”

He was joking - I'm sure he knows how much hard work it is to train a dog.

Agreed. I don't know anything about magic so I thought he was great and deserving of his second place. I didn't like any of his VTs but he was so good that once he started his act I forgot my dislike.

So much background noise on BGMT.
Make it stop.

You lost Jamie, get over it! Second time a dog act's won BGT, well done Jules and Matisse-oh, and the other dogs that helped them, too!

Not tonight. He came second for a reason. The 4 people closest to him were astounded. He did it on live TV and within a very tough time limit.

They weren't 'made' to perform. If they weren't happy to do it, they wouldn't do it. You can't 'make' an animal do anything.

Right? the only thing keeping you watching his act is wanting to find out what he's trying to do

The poor dog should be at home in his bed with a bone not in a TV studio with millions watching.

I think Jamie's humour has gone way over your head! He was thrilled to do so well. Magicians know they can't get votes like dogs or singers or performing children.

We'd all like to be home in bed with a nice bone, but you have to go out sometime.

If hypothetically I had been told in advance the winner of BGT was going to be a ruddy dog act, I really wouldn't have bothered watching any of it. I would have had to think just how bad must the other acts have been for that to happen.

Very much doubt I'll be watching BGT next year - it's been absolutely dire this year with very little real talent on offer, despite Amanda Holden trying so hard to convince me otherwise.

I predicted the Dog to win it Either the talking dog or this one

They have had 2 dog winners in how many years ?
If it means a kid who is elevated because of their age, a dance group or a singer doesn't win then give the dog their glory.

Magic acts are old hat, not been in fashion for years. Then again he was better than the impressionist who had the same tone of voice on all his take offs.

I think you're in the wrong country, mate. This is a nation who love dogs.

I agree with you. Jamie seems a lovely bloke and was pleased to get as far as he did. He gave Jules a big hug and congratulated her and Maltese who is adorable. Glad that they were the final two.

The same people who didn't see the forklift and platform on stage or a fake helicopter model in the other grand tricks?

It's just television.

It was never revealed on the show (obviously) but I think people have decided that's it.
