As others have noted poor Henry not far from winning first semi final then to come second in the wildcard vote considering the judges had to pick from that list as well should have just had top two in wildcard vote.

However Semi final 4 lived up to it billing in been incredibly clos.

The choir has relied on Wales clearly think they would have struggled without national support.”

To be honest, I don't think they wanted three male solo artists in the final.

How do you know that? People moaned he sang the same song but lots of contestants do this. Either sing the same song in the audition and semi final or audition and final. It's very common.

I'd say there's a very good chance he will have. He sang the same song in the semi final he was on and other kid acts who have written a song tend to do that. Look at that Gabz, for example.

Jamie was TERRIBLE. I'm so glad he didn't win.

Looks like the right choices were made by the judges this year apart from Entity all stars over Henry but Im pretty sure that's the groups with Lauren fron XFactors brother?
Id say Cowell had promised them a final spot?

Anyone complaining about the acts who didn't get through, sounds like it was actually down to the public vote with the addition of Cowells usual manipulation

Although I normally can't stand child performers I feel sorry for Henry. By rights he should have been in the final, he wrote his own song and was a fearless and upbeat performer. The little Irish girl only got in the final as the vote was held over the next 60 minutes after she cried on live TV and Henry was 5 days back by that time. I am not getting at Jesse, she was great and her disappointment was genuine, in fact she was being brave, but I feel Henry got given a hard time by the show considering he was the only runner up not to ge to the final.

Exactly. You couldn't work out how Darcy did what he did but Jamie's tricks were just ones you can buy from the shop.

Too be honest I think there was a concise decision this year not too have as many singers, certainly were not as many shown during auditions, and the semis which normally have at least 3 to 4 in each where quite space as well, and helped by the fact no signing act went through on 2 of the semis resulted in even less in the final, I thought this year's final had the right balance in all honesty, if not the quality of previous finals!!

And I wonder what would have happened on semi final 4, when the judges put the Neales through, as if it had gone too deadlock both the Neales and Boyband had 17.6% of the vote, so how would that have been decided, maybe the judges knew that was the case and why they firstly put the Neales through, then compensated Boyband by giving them the Wildcard!!

Maybe there was a very tiny difference in the number of votes? Who knows?

Also a coincidence that the judges went with every 2nd placed act apart from first semi!!

Interesting! So in his heat:

Jamie Raven - 33.7%

He got the largest percentage of anyone on any night for an act that wasn't very good at all!

Also in vote four:

Isaac Waddington - 18.6%

The Neales - 17.6%

Boyband - 17.6%

Boyband was that much behind the winner! Yes this wasn't reflected in the final as they came last.

Crazy. I guess many of the voters must have watched America's Got Talent.

You do get that you can and they do get ALL their stuff from a shop including books and DVD on producing Doves!

This ignorant put down with magicians "He brought it from a shop" is meaningless.

I watched Jesse's semi on YouTube last night and I find it incredible that she didn't top the votes. I don't think, from the little I watched last night, she deserved to win, but she deserved better than third place in her semi, and looking at the gap in the results, she really didn't get the support she should've.

I know it doesn't matter since she got into the final anyway, but she should never have had to 'scrap' into the final, she should've won her semi outright, or at least have the judges put her through. I guess they knew she'd top the wildcard vote, though.

I think finishing eighth overall is a little low, too. Shame that the public didn't appreciate her a little bit more.

There would have been a small difference in the number - for example, 17.61% vs. 17.68%. The chances of two acts receiving the EXACT same amount of votes is incredibly small. If we were to receive the next digit, we'd have a 'clear' second place. I'm guessing since The Neales are above Boyband, they had the edge in the votes.

Buying doves would be a lot harder than buying magic tricks. Producing doves is proper magic to me not card tricks that can be bought easily. I don't see many DVDs and books on the dove trick.
