Tom is actually pathetic. Adam doesn't need to run anything by him whatsoever, he's an insecure, possessive fool who can't even see Sophie doesn't want him

Thoughts on tonight:

1. Tom is a totally insecure, possessive control freak and he is massively stifling Sophie. She's been miserable the past few days and was actually laughing on her date with Adam. She needs to cut the cord with Tom because she clearly isn't happy.

2. Zara is so desperate. I cringed at least 10 times tonight with her desperation over Adam.

3. Glad Adam stirred the pot by asking Sophie on a date. It's getting far too easy and boring with some of the couples, so I'm glad he has shaken the Tom and Sophie partnership. Really hoping that a guy or girl comes in to shake up Cara and Nathan as those two are clearly laying low and trying to emulate Jon and Hannah from last year, although Cara and Nathan are totally bland in comparison. Failing that... I'd be happy for Malin and Terry to go through some drama, which looks a lot more likely.

When is the next recoupling? Is it tomorrow night?

That Tom is one mean piece of work. I don't live that far from him and whilst I don't know him, or of him I would strongly advise all girls to stay well clear of him.

Sophie keeps saying she's being honest but I really don't think she is. This episode I have seen her in a totally different way. It seems as if she is setting Tom up a bit - she knows he is possessive and jealous and is trying to rub him up he wrong way to give herself an out. Although she is being a bit honest with Tom ie not wanting to be boyfriend/girlfriend she isn't just saying "look it's not working I don't want to be with you", giving him mixed messages. Don't get me wrong, Tom seems totally ott and jealous and possessive and it playing right up to it but Sophie seemed to be laying it on a bit thick this episode. First of all the crying the night before, it seemed a bit like she was paving the way to drop Tom - crying, saying she is unhappy - I think she is doing it so she doesn't seem like a bitch to the viewers when she dumps him, so we can see the reason kind of thing - if that makes sense. Although she needn't have bothered because everyone can see how loopy Tom is with out her having to spell it out. Then, the next evening when Adam said he wanted to take her on a date (which she didn't try to nip in the bud in any way shape or form) she made a big song and dance about how relieved she was he didn't ask her to Tom / I think she WANTED Tom to get all angry and fly into a rage and kick off to give her a reason to finish it. "Oh please go and talk to him Tom". Ermmmm why?? So he can kick off and get kicked out maybe a bit like Malia - nice easy way out for her. Okay that's a bit much on my part, but can you see what I'm getting at?

Tom is just too much, but there were some moments when I did feel for him a bit. He has just really fallen for her and I couldn't help but think that if it was a girl feeling like that towards a by then yea of course you would call her a bunny boiler but people would feel for her more and think maybe Sophie (who would be the boy in that situation) was a bit cold and unfeeling.

What a snake Rykard is steering Adam towards Zara, for his own benefit of course, he doesn't want Adam to choose Olivia. Why doesn't he just admit he prefers Olivia to Rachel and crack on with Olivia, what is he going to do ? Keep slipping one to Olivia yet supposed to be coupled with Rachel, why isn't Rachel in his bed instead ?

Because Olivia comes across as being "easy" (which she kinda proved last night), and Rachel gives the impression that she won't just drop her knickers for him on their first date.

I didn't get the impression that he was steering him towards Zara at all. If anything it was the opposite. That bit about "if Zara likes you then she's in 150%" sounded like a warning to stay away. Whereas he painted Liv like a nice, chilled out girl.

All 3 girls said they enjoyed the date with Adam, they must have cut most of it out because all I saw was him gulping Fanta Lemon and being totally dull. The only person in that house that has any form of humour is Nathan. The rest are thick as pig muck and totally dull

If you don't know him or of him, how can you possibly say that?
