Emma looks a bit like Jessie J to me
I thought the same.

She doesnt understand him. She is not strong at all. She's very insecure if you ask me.
She has no patience. Still dont see why he has to go though.
She has the patience of a saint he's been in a huff every day, he's controlling and a drama queen.

Terry will be voted off as soon as the viewers get a chance. He's coming across as a tool.

They should have kept James in the villa so that he could cop on with Tina and Emma.

The whole programme seems very disorganised compared with last year, when every Friday there was a live show with Caroline, where she'd interview either the evictees or the new entrants.

Agreed, Terry is coming accross like a proper switch.
People won't appreciate that.
While in everyones mind Malin is watching from the third step with the gin, looking like The Joker in a car-wash, listening to Terry singing 'i'm not missing her at all'.
On repeat.
Every time he says it, we should all play Drink-along-a-Malin, in sympathy.

Disagree about James.
I need those epic 3D nipples in my face like i need a third armpit. Emma seems to only have eyes for Terry, and i couldn't see Tina interested unless she'd nowhere for her dufflecoats.

I agree. I couldn't put up with his moods either. Its like Sophie said - she's always walking on egg shells.

Let him walk. And let's hope Sophie gets together with Emma!

That's what I want to know. She seems like a really decent girl so far but why else would she come on if not to **** things up for Tom?
I would hazard a guess a media coverage? She is a very nice looking girl, a little different to other wannabees out there and this is a good chance for her to get noticed.
Tip for Emma though: Keep away from Terry, a player's player

Am I the only one who finds Sophie's eyebrows verging on stoopid? Just no one else has mentioned it I don't think. I do like Sophie, I'm not just bitching, I just look at them and think 'wtf'.

But I mean, is it possible to completely draw your eyebrows on and for them to look natural?
Nah, people's eyebrows aren't the focal point of my tv viewing.

Say whaaaaat?! You, my friend, are missing out big time!

I wasn't suggesting that it is my main focus of viewing, it was merely an observation and I was just wondering if anybody else had observed said eyebrows. Excuuuuuuse me for making small talk

It seem a bit like when she swore ("I don't effing care what other people effing think") it was out of frustration but when he started swearing back it seemed mildly aggressive and more like he was swearing AT her rather than just swearing whilst talking to her if that makes sense. I know that if someone swears at you then one might automatically go on the defence and sear back but as I said it seemed a bit more than that because it didn't feel like she was swearing at him, she was just swearing whilst telling him.

Part of me feels she was waiting for something like his so she could just gtfo or her relationship with him and this was her ticket. But I can't really blame her, he really does seem like hard work. His reaction when Emma came in was so OTT, I can definitely imagine how one may feel as he did, but is it really so hard to be cool on the outside (or at least not so hands on the face, Kevin from Home Alone style about it): he just can't keep his emotions in check.

I'm glad Sophie mentioned to Tom that he 'threw her off his knee' when Emma came in because I noticed that and thought it was rude. Not the behaviour of someone totally over their ex and happy in their new relationship.

Have they not got a brother or sister or real best friend of Malin's to send in. Malin was not my favourite, but Terry is not really all that. Are they going to do vote for your favourite Lad?

Sophie seems like a lovely girl. Tom reminds me of these guys you sometimes see waiting outside the gym who are stood next to an attractive woman who happens to have a black eye!
Roid rage I think it's called and I'm sure that's why he's so unbelievably moody.

He's quite scary looking when he's annoyed. When he was arguing with Sophie last night, his face was really aggressive. He would make me nervous being around him when he gets angry.

I know exactly the type you mean. Tom has been on my 'avoid' list from day 1, bad vibes just pour out of him.

Does anyone else think that Tina looks a bit like Lauren Branning off EastEnders?

Also, Liana sometimes sounds really nasally...has she got a cold?
Actually, I think Tina looks more like Abi Branning (especially after Abi's weight loss). Slightly broad nose, blonde (obvs) and somewhat breathy tone of voice.

Liana has a proper physical issue affecting her speech - deviated septum or sinus problems - but has also developed this manner of speaking the way other people develop accents ie reinforcement/peer group.

============

As for Tom & Sophie, it was never going to work on the outside between the two of them let alone with all their friends, families, colleagues and yes, exes, involved.

Tom is providing an Ordnance Survey Map of just how insecure these musclehead/tattoo freaks really are, even beyond the constant self-grooming and application of - wait for it - makeup

His 'conversation' with Sophie was a microcosm. If he interrupted her once he did it twenty times. It's not that he disagrees with her - he literally (and I mean literally not LITRALLY) cannot stand to hear criticism or anything that threatens his self-image.

His reaction is more of the same - pout and fall on his sword. He imagines this will upset both Sophie and Emma in one go but Emma's really not bothered (why won't Tom believe her?) and Sophie is light years more emotionally mature and will land on her feet quickly. Good riddance to Tom.

The others are giving it a half-hearted attempt to convince him to stay, mostly because of the herd instinct and because it's a spark of excitement during long days of doing absolutely nothing but they certainly aren't reacting to Tom in the same way they did Terry and Terry was merely on the fence about staying.

===========

Keen-eyed viewers may note that the 'beauty shot' of the moon in the twilight over the villa was a good bit fuller than the one we saw overhead - a tipoff to the lag between real time and LI events (owing, of course, to the need to edit, voiceover, caption, etc.).

I bet he wont either. It will be a storm in a teacup. There is no way he's gonna leave Sophie in there on her own (because there is no way Sophie is going to walk out with him)

I agree. Also, I think Sophie is calling his bluff and doesn't actually think he'll leave (which he won't). I also think he was calling her bluff and didn't expect her to reply with "Ok" when he said he's leaving. The show finishes very soon and it's obvious that it's going to be Tom/Sophie or Nathan/Cara who win, so no way will he walk out and risk loosing out on possibly winning.

Been waiting for Toms roid rage to surface since he called Sophie a slag at the start. You can always see it just bubbling under.
She seemed so happy last night just to have that support from Emma and not feel like she's all alone in that moody eggshell treading relationship. Glad she found the strength to get rid of him.
Don't think for one second he's left though. He was making a lot of noise about leaving but taking a long time about it desperately hoping someone would stop him.

According to the Radio Times he doesn't leave but sounds like Sophie finishes with him anyway. She's far too canny for him.

Oh and Terry and Emma kiss!

He (Tom) is too much like hard work when she said three times the others had gone shopping and said it slowly the final time he had a strop and sulked until she apologised, like she has every time but he talks to her like shes shit. I wouldnt put up with that crap however goodlooking/fit a bloke was, hes a drama lama.

ps forgot about him calling her a slag when hes slept with 350 girls, double standards or what, and i cant stand terry.

I am not sure Tom and Sophie are best suited. I did feel he had taken onboard what Sophie was saying to him. But recently feel he is very like Kady and will not be able to control his jealous streak. I feel Sophie will always like a laugh and a good time and will need a boyfriend who feels confident enough in himself to trust her and support her fantastic personality.
