Actually, I think Tina looks more like Abi Branning (especially after Abi's weight loss). Slightly broad nose, blonde (obvs) and somewhat breathy tone of voice.
Liana has a proper physical issue affecting her speech - deviated septum or sinus problems - but has also developed this manner of speaking the way other people develop accents ie reinforcement/peer group.

As for Tom & Sophie, it was never going to work on the outside between the two of them let alone with all their friends, families, colleagues and yes, exes, involved.
Tom is providing an Ordnance Survey Map of just how insecure these musclehead/tattoo freaks really are, even beyond the constant self-grooming and application of - wait for it - makeup

His 'conversation' with Sophie was a microcosm. If he interrupted her once he did it twenty times. It's not that he disagrees with her - he literally (and I mean literally not LITRALLY) cannot stand to hear criticism or anything that threatens his self-image.
His reaction is more of the same - pout and fall on his sword. He imagines this will upset both Sophie and Emma in one go but Emma's really not bothered (why won't Tom believe her?) and Sophie is light years more emotionally mature and will land on her feet quickly. Good riddance to Tom.
The others are giving it a half-hearted attempt to convince him to stay, mostly because of the herd instinct and because it's a spark of excitement during long days of doing absolutely nothing but they certainly aren't reacting to Tom in the same way they did Terry and Terry was merely on the fence about staying.

Keen-eyed viewers may note that the 'beauty shot' of the moon in the twilight over the villa was a good bit fuller than the one we saw overhead - a tipoff to the lag between real time and LI events (owing, of course, to the need to edit, voiceover, caption, etc.).
