I've liked Sophie all the way through. But I'm watching back last night's episode.

Her fake emotion regarding Tom sickens me.

Terry thinks Africa is 10 or 11 hrs from Mallorca/Ibiza. When in fact it's a 45 min flight.

Adam would have made a good Big Brother contestant with his silly analogies.

Scott is the most academic of that bunch - he has a History degree from Manchester Uni and trounced them all in the memorising task.

Explain what you mean by "dirty".

I don't think sexual behaviour has any bearing on one's respectability.

Look at Lady Mary from Downton Abbey. Shagged a Turk to death, rode Charles Blake in a pigpen and took Tony Gillingham to a hotel in Liverpool and threw him about like an empty tracksuit.

Yes still she exudes class and respectability.
I don't watch Downton Abbey so I cannot comment on any of the above. I'm simply stating than in my opinion for Emma to do what she did is dirty. I would never dream of having sex like that not only in full view of what 10 people but also with one of those people being my ex. I'm not a prude, my husband and I have a good varied sex life but what Emma and Terry didn't wasn't a nice thing.

I don't have any problem with people shagging their brains out, however I do think what Emma did showed a certain lack of respect for herself, which is pretty sad.

I think Scott has been okay recently. Inoffensive and almost likeable!
Mmmm not for me I'm afraid. I still find his reactions OTT and annoying

I think you have hit the nail on the head totally there. My gut feeling is he is much smarter then the other boys and I feel he really does respect women, I haven't forgot what he said about Leana but context and situation was everything in that convo. He and leana seemed to become good friends she did like him. He would be the only one I would go near lol
Yes, same here I'm looking forward to reading his comments when he finally escapes - and IF he bothers to do a post- Love Island interview. Ditto Sophie.

The rest can sod off back to their respective Wannabe Land, but no doubt we'll see some of them desperately looking for the next reality gig.

I think its pretty obvious he's a cut above the "lads". The only ones who were similar were Dan and Oliver. They didn't fit in with these ding bats so weren't admitted. Pity that as it has set the whole tone of the show. I didn't watch last year but I gather it wasn't like this lot.

I don't understand this "respect for yourself" cliche which is often used in a judgmental way regarding sex. What does it actually mean?

Terry is an ugly gimp.....discuss.
I couldnt think who he reminded me of but it came to me this morning. Its Herman Munster from the Addams Family the only thing missing are the neck bolts.

Did anyone watch last night's "highlights" show?

They showed a load of unseen stuff. The "keep your hat on" game was quite funny

My 'normal' may not be yours, but the issue of sex in public is one that has to be considered at in the context of social mores rather than individual viewpoints. It does not matter if you and I disagree on a personal level, the fact is that as a society we view the act of intercourse as a personal and private matter and it is a criminal act of public indecency if people have sex in public. Before I get jumped on I do realise that this does not apply here.

I think Terry and Emma were disrespectful to the others and both lack self respect. Don't really care if that makes me judgmental or not.

The villa is not a public place.

Explain this lack of "self-respect" thing. What do you mean by that?

Why dont you stop questioning people? They have answered you more than once but because they dont give the answer you want you keep asking.

Aw splitting the hair, public as in with an audience, but you must know that, surely?

As for your demand that I explain myself to you, I don't owe you an explanation, so no I won't but thanks for asking.

Thank you, it really is tedious and rude "explain" like he or she is the boss of the thread. Suppose it is funny really.

The question isn't aimed at me but I shall answer with my own opinion in any case. I would have thought it was obvious; nobody with any ounce of self respect would openly f**k both in a room full of other people and on TV. Neither meathead, knuckle dragger Terry or Emma have any respect for themselves or other people. Terry, in particular, with his chat about 'grafting for crumpet' is clearly only interested in whichever hole decides to attach itself to his constantly erect manhood. He makes Dapper Laughs look like Emily Pankhurst.

I must be in the minority because I find him as interesting as cardboard!
I agree. Nice guy but not convinced he is as intelligent or as funny as other posters are giving him credit for.

I agree with you on your posts regarding this. Good to see someone talking sense. Why is Emma the 'dirty' one, Terry was involved too!

Although I do agree that they could have both had more tact in regards to Tom. But perhaps Emma thought that as they had both moved on, this would show she didn't want to cause trouble between Tom and Sophie? She seems very mature and level-headed. I'm curious as to some of her comments before the show and when she entered; something about payback for Tom. I'm wondering if the producers got her to say these comments as a requirement for her entering the villa.

Me too. I think Scott and Kady are actually my favourite couple now, which says something about how slim the pickings are!! Don't think any of them deserve the £100k (or however much it is) to be perfectly honest. Cara is my favourite girl but I can't stand the way Nathan speaks to her so I wouldn't choose them as a couple.

To me, if someone doesn't understand what "self respect" means, then there's no hope

They are both equally to blame and neither of them has any self respect.

I like Scott, I wouldn't mind if he won - but I don't like Kady she doesn't deserve to win. So Scott hope you don't win now!
