At the risk of stirring the hornets nest again, I would have to disagree - there is a massive difference between women having sex when they don't really want to & non-consensual sex.
There have been a few occasions where I have made the choice of having sex with a guy when I didn't really want to because 1) I wanted to stop him sulking, 2) I wanted to get him out of the casino before he lost all the money he couldn't afford to lose & 3) I was trying to make my ex jealous, as I knew he'd find out (it didn't work...& the sex was awful!). Do I think I was raped on each of these occasions? Of course not - I gave my consent but I would have much rather been doing something (or in case 3, some
one) else.
I would be surprised (but very pleased for them) if there was any woman that has been having sex for over 15 years that hasn't been in the situation at least once where they thought "oh sod it, let's get it over with"
