I'm in two minds. I love that Jess got love from the parents, she needed that and loved that she got approval from Josh's folks too.

I tend to agree withMax that Naomi did it to get at Jess. It was either that or a power thing over the guys and wanting to be most loved. It was very clear she never had feelings for Max, so I don't buy the "thought I'd be more compatible with Max" thing. I don't think it was necessarily consciously to attack Jess, more a "top dog" thing

However I really object to the "big badNaomi made my boy be mean" thing the parents had going.

I genuinely think if I ranked all the islanders from the series, every single one of the girls would rank above all the original boys.

They are responsible for their own behaviour and Jon, Luis and Josh in particular have been horrid, especially to Jess.

I want Jess to win regardless of Max.

I think he's playing his hand well, but I also think he's honest about it and genuinely believes Jess deserves it more than anyone else. At least he has the good grace to say he's doing it just for Jess because she deserves it, because he's right. It's her people will vote for not him.

Oh yeh I agree Naomi mixed it up and the show certainly peaked for the time she was on it, I just couldn't help myself disliking her intensely. And you are totally right on your second point as well, having her as the spare wheel for the final week would have made it a lot more interesting. It's been even more stark in big brother this year when they chucked out the only entertaining person (mark) ten days too soon, been like watching paint dry since.

Have to say I felt sorry for that new guy who came in that was set up to chase Lauren.........he seemed genuine and nice.......so totally out of place on reality TV really.

Oh and Cally - something not right there at all imo, if she's not a psycho bunny boiler the second there's a relationship issue then I'm a Dutchman.

Did anyone else notice when Jon's parents came in the way Hannah hugged his mum (or his dad-actually can't remember) my first thought was 'that's not the way you hug someone you've never met before'

I know most humans have some good points - however my assessment below will centre on my opinion on the OVERALL picture of each case I discuss....

Jon & Hannah
- He is a loud overbearing pillock with an unfortunate inferiority complex
- She is a simple and sweet enough girl but needs a serious lesson in classiness - I mean for God sake girl how can you willingly have sex in a room full of people/on TV (the same applies to Jon - except that unfortunately in the stupid world we live in the girl is always a 'tramp' - while the boy will likely be told to 'go on son')

Cally & Luis
The most loved up and most boring couple simultaneously!
- He has a bad attitude that needs knocking out of him pronto!!(i.e. his treatment of Cally & always wanting to be in control[even his Mum told him off for going off on Cally just because he thought he was the only one who knew how to make pancakes best - pillock!] PLUS his true colours showed when he was in the group in the hot tub categorizing the girls and saying 'they've had to lower their standards' - as though they're God's gift - & then the horrible way he attacked Jess with all the animalistic shouting and cornering the poor girl - she had every right to tell the girls what she had overhead especially as they the pillocks in the hot tub thought it okay to gossip about their thoughts on the girls in the first place)
-She is a totally sweet and beautiful to look at young girl, not surprised she's a former Miss Great Britain & she is such a tiny cute polly pocket LOL

Jess & Max
-He is a snake in the green grass - tries to come across as nice - and indeed he can be so once in a while - however overall it's totally unforgiveable that he said on TV that Jess is only good for a shag and that he thinks Josh should just shag her(this shows his arrogance because at the time he had just pied Jess for Naomi and was feeling like the 'big man' until of course Naomi did a proper number on him and the other graceless idiot Josh.... - PLUS how uncouth and crude of him to tell the lads that he gave Jess a proper seeing to - I don't hold with all this rubbish about lads banter I just think it is so crass to brag 'after the deed'.... - plus he was so fake during the aftermath of the lie detector tests - over-acting he was because he knew he'd been exposed for the rat he was and was over acting in the 'diary room' with the banging fists/pulling his hair and then throwing the deck chair in the pool to try to make the public think the lie detector was wrong about him - well, methinks he protests too much - moron.
-She is a total sweetheart who unfortunately needs more self esteem and needs to toughen up and not let people easily erode her self-esteem as she's being doing.... - she should not have gone back to Max (nor earlier to Josh) - but I realise she did it because she is on Love Island which is all about coupling up yadda yadda yadda & she really wanted to have a good enjoyable time there - if only those idiot boys would stop picking on her - yes she is an outrageous flirt but it is totally harmless and she's so good at even laughing at herself over it because she is just being cheeky - e.g. when she was forced into the shopping situation with Naomi - she was so comedic when she went on about sausages and nuts - even Naomi could not help but laugh and say I knew you'd go there or something to that effect - LOL moment - and can I just point out that she was completely drunk when she was with that git, the Italian from Manchester(as voice over guy Iain keeps reminding us!) & she was turning the meat balls talk into the more salacious I won't mind tasting your balls... - that was a bit over the top but it was said in jest (or should I say jess-t LOL) & it's just who Jess is - with her flirty, naughty banter which gets more outrageous when she's been drinking....

Lauren & Josh
- He is a horrible, self centred pillock-y idiot who tells lies to make himself feel good - he treated Jess so badly - the way he turned on her when he had decided he was going to pursue Naomi was disgusting - in the episode he got together with Naomi the look of disappointment on his face when Jess got to stay and was not dumped off the island spoke volumes - the little nasty shithead - he also twisted things and went running to the boys with lies that Jess was hinting she wanted to get back with him - whereas it was clearly he the idiot that had being trying to get Jess to say she wanted him back - just to massage his own ego - idiot! - I'm so glad that Naomi gave him a taste of his own medicine and played him like a fiddle and pied him off and STILL played him like a fiddle - (Naomi to Josh ->I'm going to choose Max, but your hair looks cute like that... - haha what a classic - he was her puppet & she pied him & played him good and proper - he SO deserved it!)

Zoe - a nice enough girl, with a unique kind of beauty to her looks - I actually understood what she was saying about not wanting to do the Kama Sutra thing because it was more visual and she didn't want her Dad in particular seeing her do that kinda thing - however, with microphones everywhere she surely was naïve to think her having sex would be 'unknown/unseen' which is why she got serious agro for calling God/church one minute then have sex on TV the next - however, overall she seems a really good hearted girl - though she was a tad too 'not nice' to Chris - but I guess if you don't gel with someone - you just don't gel....

Jordan - Terrible in his treatment of women, insincere in his feelings, was playing a game - extremely annoying & robotic. So glad he did not get even a whiff of the 50K which is the only thing he was there for... - the fact that he went from almost sun roasted to sheet white when he saw his ex, Jasmine is proof that what his ex said about his lousy treatment of her was the truth and he was shitting himself because he knew his poor character was about to be exposed on National TV.

All the other Dumpees - I totally agreed with the sequence of the people as they got dumped from the island - some had good points of course but there were no great losses when they each left....

TO CONCLUDE - Lauren and Jess have missed a trick here - Jess should have told Max to taking a flying leap and get lost when he went crawling back to her - & she and Lauren should have asked/begged the producers if it was okay for them to couple up as friends - I bet you Jess & Lauren as friends would have been backed by the public and could have won the 50K.

None of the boys deserve the money - I think Jess deserves it most followed by Lauren and Cally.... - Let's start a campaign - Jess & Lauren for the win!!! LOL

In the Lauren & Josh section - I'd meant to say as well that Lauren is a genuine down to earth girl who has a lot going for herself. Looks are not everything people - and btw Lauren is a good looking girl who simply has not bothered to veneer her teeth or botox or collagen or implant regions of her body to an inch of it's life!! She prefers tattoos and after 6 weeks in the sun does not seem to have the ability to get a body tan - but so what - she is a lovely, kind girl who's beautiful both inside and out - inner beauty should always trump superficial nonsense in any case. Love Lauren.

A tan is not an "ability", it's the skin's attempt to protect itself from over-exposure to the sun. She's probably been wearing sunscreen all the time, all the more likely since she has tattoos.

He shows no signs of being a "fit guy" and looks overweight to me. Unless by looking after himself you mean all that grease he slaps in his hair... but yes, he does have a fine set of moobs!

As much as i think Jon and Hannah are 100% real with their feelings, i dont want them to win. They did already know each other along with Luis and Cally and had an unfair advantage - they're been able to bond quicker. Im rooting for the underdogs Max and Jess, Jess deserves the win more than anyone in the villa. If im honest i dont think any of the couples will work i the outside world.

Jon and Hannah - the silly arguments they're had in 5 weeks would not last on the outside world , they're only kissed and made up because of living in the villa. I think they both want to be famous and using the romance as a platform.

Max and Jess - They're both very young, live like 3 hours away from each and don't think either of them could commit to a long distance relationship.

Just to add i love that all the parents even Josh mums were positive and nice about Jess - she may be a terrible drunk and a flirt, but she has come across to me as very funny and loyal.

The only couple who will continue after the show will be Cally and Luis. Jon/Hannah will do the circuit of reality tv and appear in OK magazine etc. but wont last. Max and Jess will fizze out if there's 3 hours between them!
